I realize the track was a little more beat up come Heat #2, but after he got around Prado, Chase set a lap that was over 6 tenths faster than Kenny and Eli! Impressive.

Prado is still essentially an SX Rookie. Chase's reference point isn't how well he does vs Prado, it's how well he does against Kenny, Eli, Hunter, Webb.

That crash was all on Chase. Harrison was obviously not going fast and didn’t make any odd moves.
Anyone could see that Prado sat up and let Chase pass. There was no need for him to win that heat, he’ll probably still get a great start with that gate pick.
