AFC on deck. Predictions?

Pats and Texans. Chargers are no slouch but unproven on ice. Steelers have no chance.

I’d like to see the Chargers , but the Pats I think will win the game.

Every game this weekend has been close to the end, I think I read a stat near the end of that game that said all 4 of the prior games the team that won was the team losing at the 2 minute mark of Q4. Crazy stat.
Happy that SF broke that streak, but it was close. Great game.

What was up with the 10 second run-off towards the end of the Bill's game when they challenged the last TD?

I don't get what happened. Isn't scoring always aan official review?

It didn't matter in the end, but I just don't understand what the rule is, or what the infraction that caused the run-off was.

So far The Bears are the only home team that won this weekend.

I’ve got nothing against either the Steelers or Texans, but I’ll almost always root against Rodgers.

The gal that sang the Anthem, THAT, was a "brick house".

Loved her enthusiasm though.

The Steelers got thumped good on their home field. Probably the end not only for Rodgers,  but for Tomlin as well.

Ahhhhh no, you're "not" alone. I was going to Los Angeles Ram games in the legendary Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum back in the early 60's when Roman Gabriel was throwing touchdown passes to Jack Snow. Oh, and then there was the Fearsome Foursome, who could forget them!!! 😁

Kids could get in for a dollar or 2 and my pop use to take the neighborhood kids and I to some games. He had one of those work trucks with cabinets on the side, we use to ride in the back standing up all the way to the game. Can you imagine doing that in today's society on the freeway! 😲😂

Of course I like to root for the home teams and living in Arizona for 38 years, I try my best to root for the Cardinals, but they make it awfully rough. 🙄

I'm just glad they fired the coach--Gannon, but they should have continued with the GM and OC.

FINALLY !!   I grew up around Pittsburgh and rooted for the Steelers before the Chuck Noll era and afterwards.   Tomlin was a decent coach in the beginning but the guy should have been canned 5-6  years ago.  The Rooney’s are way too patient.  The Steelers have been mired in mediocrity for a long time.   I am anxious to see who comes in to replace him.

I don't know, I think that Pittsburgh was fairly fortunate to have the stability of Tomlin for nearly 2 full decades.  19 years without a losing season?  I think that most franchises would agree to have that sort of success.  That's a pretty incredible stint overall, even if he only won the single Super Bowl.  Even Bill Belichick had 4 losing seasons in his great run in New England (24 years).

Tomlin and Harbaugh both with their team for 19 years. Both coached some fantastic football during those years. It’s been a changing of the guard the last few years. Always sad to see um go. It was strange when the top coach's I grew up with left the game back in the day. Tom Landry, Don Shula, Chuck Knoll, Bud Grant and of course John Madden. All legends!

Madden started coaching when I was really, really young and I always assumed that he’d been an NFL head coach for 20+ years. I was actually pretty shocked when I first realized that he only had 10 years of head coaching tenure!  But he averaged over 10 wins a season back when they only played 14 games, and that’s pretty damn impressive!

As the coaches are being called to be fired and replaced with Harbaugh..

Most couldn't afford him...

Watch the Steelers hire some scrub, then go through 2-3 coaches over the next 10 years wallowing in real mediocrity like the Browns. Maybe they'll get a 1st time HC, then let people cry about that. Be careful what you you wish.

That’s a nice deal for him. I wish him well except when the Giants play the SeaHawks.

My picks for this weekend:

Rams over Bears

Broncos over Bills

Texans over Pats

Hawks over 9rs.

Not 1 strong pick among them. Would not surprise me to lose them all.

My picks….

Hawks over 9ers

Bears over Rams

Pats over Texans

Bills over Broncos

I feel the same way, any one of these teams could win vice versa.

I don't care either way who wins this game. I just reflexively downvote all of your posts I see.
