Pulp MX Fantasy Opinions

I have never done Pulp MX fantasy, and never looked into it until today. Just curious what everyone thinks whether it's worth paying the $40 for the full year, or should I save my money and just keep using the free sites like RM and Vital?

Also, I live in a state where it says it is unavailable, however when I get location checked on my phone, it lets me continue through. Has anyone else seen this too?

If your in PA then you cant play, Block state.  It was my favorite league and i played from the beginning until the new laws kicked in.   Join there free survivor league no money involved so states restriction dont apply.

it would be worth it if they sent prizes won...but you have to jump through hoops and multiple emails...even though they have your address when you sign up...

I loved playing when I could. But I can't play anymore in Washington.

Plus I've heard the folks in their chat are friendly. 😉

Had the geolocation do the same to my phone. Once you enter your address and card info it will block you out. Need to use an address that is allowed for fantasy and a VPN might work. With all that your are still going against terms of service. If you win you might  end up forfeiting the prizes.

What does that have to do with what i posted? Reading comprehension goes along way. They are not required to send you anything if you break the terms of service. Using a VPN forfeit prizes. Using a fake address forfeit prizes. If your in a state that it's not allowed and you win you forfeit your prizes.

Can you use contact form on Pulpmx to contact me directly with your info and what prize etc you didn't get. Thanks and apologies- sometimes we screw up. We don't use the address on file automatically because many times people move and don't update their address on our site and we're left chasing everything down.

Personal opinion, Pulp Fantasy is one of the best things to keep you engaged throughout the race day and brings attention to riders that aren't your same top 5 every weekend. It is quite confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, super fun. Although I will say, it will make you want to throw your phone across the room at times, but I will continue to play every year.

Yep.

You start paying attention to things like lap times in the last 10 minutes of a moto to see which 12th thru 20th place guy is in shape. Some guy who is a 10 handicap and can turn a 15th place qualifying time....but fades from 15th to 21st in a moto is a phone thrower.

Starts too. Which double digit handicap is a good starter and can afford to fade back to 14-20 and still get good fantasy points. Fast First Lap too.

Guys who seem to always have one bad moto each round. They get great points one moto and DNF the next moto because they are crashers or their bike is unreliable. Pressure Washer Theory applies to this at mud races.

I played it for a few years and I agree with what everyone  said. I played RM Fantasy last year and won’t go back. Getting the fantasy credits added to race gas credits helps offset a little of the costs of racing from March to November.

I 100% recommend at least supercross. I play every single year and it's worth the $$$. you really have to be engaged and develop a good strategy. Luck also plays a big part. I got 10th overall at the Philadelphia race last year which I was stoked on and was supposed to get a prize but I never got an email or notification but it's all good. Still fun to play and I'll be at it again this year.

Please send me an email using contact form on Pulp and leave me details- we'll look into it.

As if I needed another reason to despise Jersey.  Pulp Fantasy was a good time.

Fake GPS app on your phone makes it pretty easy to play from anywhere.

Gambling apps from big casinos won't let you use their app if you have a GPS spoof app installed but never had a problem with pulp fantasy through web browser. Hopefully that's still the case going forward.

Wait so this cost money so it’s like gambling. Vital allows this?

I was just saying they will send the prizes to any state. I live in a state where you can’t  play but a few minute drive and I’m in a state you can play.

Your address on file in the system has zero influence on the geolocation, fyi. It's purely based on the location data acquired when it's triggered (as soon as you land on the payment page or team selection page).

I won a prize a couple years ago and it was broke on arrival.  Emailed back and forth with Truman and he took care of everything very timely....surprised with hearing how many irons he has in the fire!

Now some of the different leagues out there offer prizes as well,  lets just say the Huffmans don't follow through....

NO it does not cost money unless you want to upgrade to see stats and other stuff and you can pay $10, but you can play for free also.

Pulpmx fantasy made things much more fun. If you got time to research, and follow practice and all that's, it brings a new level of excitement to each race. I miss it for sure.

I am trying the survivor game this year... Curious to see how far people make it for the Top 10 leagues. It's gonna get rough by round 5 I predict.

BOOM and just like that I've got a new Firepower chain coming to me for getting 10th place in PA! I missed the initial email asking for my info. Thanks Steve!

So you just give money away? Sounds like gambling with a worse return.
