You would be GAGGING on Lawrence if he was American.

You literally have NOBODY In the race

ToMac's front looks sketchy as shit

Sexton ain't doing shit on the green bike.

You looooooved shitting on Prado.

Gagged on Roczen that he became 'American'

Ahhh tuff pill to swallow boys 🫢

Coenen brothers up next 😄

Getting annihilated in your own backyard

Better go buy a DNGR 38 t shirt and discuss 'arrogant'

PS McGrath is an absolute egotistical clown 🤡

Gotta be in it to win it, keep gagging though… see how that works?

I think Jett’s career will be more comparable to stews than it will be MCs once the dust settles

I see your point, but he's already won as many premier class titles as Stew did. I would be extremely surprised if he doesn't win at least 2 more SX titles and another 2-3 MX, which would put him at around 7-8 premier class combined.

Where I think his potential will be capped is putting together the best career in each respective discipline. He has the talent and speed to put together a McGrath-esque SX career and a Carmichael-esque MX career, but these injuries are making that lofty goal damn near impossible.

Buckwheat's opinion on Showtime's record:

https://motocrossactionmag.com/the-famous-bob-hannah-interview-that-got-everyone-up-in-arms/

“Jeremy is undoubtedly the greatest Supercross rider there ever has been and probably ever will be. He picked a good time to win, because he’s racing against a bunch of morons (not to take anything away from him). Johnson, Stanton, Bailey and myself on our best day couldn’t beat Jeremy McGrath in Supercross. I’ll bet $10 grand nobody can beat his record in the next ten years. If I find somebody who wants that bet, I’ll put the money in escrow. I don’t think it’ll happen. McGrath has more wins than Rick Johnson and me put together, and I know how hard it was for me to get what I got. I’ll bet Johnson will tell you it was hard to get what he got. To win twice as many? I don’t care who you are, you worked hard for that. But, it is a weak field out there.”

Weak field ? More like  stacked field. I watched 96 Daytona lastnight McGrath,s 1st win there. He dominated all the Heat races were stacked . Problably the most stacked gate ever.

I figured MC missed a race in 1991 with the broken leg but I looked it up and it's only kinda true, he raced San Jose with a custom brace and skipped last round after clinching west championship so I guess it doesn't count.  I was at that race, was hoping to see Cooper win one but Dubach was pretty cool to see too.

Jett’s injury really got me thinking about just how special Jeremy truly was—and how almost otherworldly his Supercross accomplishments are. I touched on this in a previous thread, but this will now be the second of the last three Supercross seasons Jett has missed. That kind of perspective really drives home how remarkable Jeremy’s career/talent truly was. He raced premier-class Supercross for a full decade without missing a single race—let alone an entire season—and still managed to win 7 of those 10 championships. Absolutely mind-blowing. If anyone's earned the title "King of Supercross", it's Jeremy.

Jeremy was also known for his free riding in the Southern California deserts: primarily in Ocotillo Wells and Glamis. When you factor in the risk associated with this type of riding; not to mention, all of his social activities he was doing during this same time period (like: wakeboarding, BMX, surfing, snowboarding, jet skiing, mountain biking), it makes him being “injury free” for all of those years just that much more impressive.

“Showtime” truly was on another level when stacked up next to his competitors!!!

And you know he raced at least 1 (likely many many more) race hungover..

Nah, I doubt it.

He's said more than once that he did like having a good time, but played up the party guy life in season to give the impression he wasn't working hard.

The guys would have a night out after a race, not before.

It’s always hard to predict success, we all thought James was gonna win everything and while he has a lot of race wins his title count is actually far below what was expected.

Jett has missed quite a few series to injury already, the gnarly thing about our sport is you never really know..

If it wasn't for WADA, James would've had more championships. Sad that "agency" was allowed into our sport and given the "answer to no one" authority it had over our sport, yet within a short time, was kicked back out of the sport. JS7's overall career in SX & MX was never realized. This isn't an argument that James shouldn't have been punished for adderal, or not following procedures for a TUE. My argument for James is his total ban punishment for over at least a year and a half? was excessive. We as fans got ripped on his career, his rides, his wins, and championships

It was also a blessing in disguise, Stew took so many knocks to the head that he needed Adderall to stay sharp and focused. That brought a ton of awareness to the sport and CTE

James was his own worst enemy , imo. I thought James could have done way more with his career , he was the most talented rider of his era. He just didn’t put in the work. Had he worked the way RC did he may have eclipsed MC’s record. I have always thought that after RC retired he thought he was going to dominate and worked even less. He wasn’t prepared for RV. Maybe by then he was just wore out battling with RC and just didn’t have the fight in him anymore.  James could have had more wins and championships but I don’t think WADA had anything to do with it.

I saw him at Millville in 91 he flew to Rochester, Ny. By accident. I,m sure it was last minute to get to the track. He Looked fast & Strong as hell yet. I saw him race sx on a 250 a few times. Born to ride a bike . More natural than you walking .  I watched 96 Daytona last week his 1st win there . He totally dominated. All heat races were stacked . 11-19 he had a birthday not sure how old he is . Mine is 11-18 so it’s easy to remember. 100% U can tell he’s a Scorpio . Even little things like wake boarding, boating . Buying a house on a lake that’s scorpio thing. Or being close to water. Most of the fast guys R Scorpio,s.
