The thing I missed was I know that area very well, and had a bunch of info I wanted to post about the escape path, during the man hunt...that turned out to be right (using google earth and my local knowledge of the campus and surrounding area, with the little bit of info that was released to the media was all it took for me to figure out where that kid went after he got off the roof)! Plus I have a few connections to UVU security and other info not really public info that would have been interesting for everyone the past week...oh well...I got a time out instead.

JFK was a democrat, his assassin was also not a registered voter and did not claim to be a part of the democratic party. He was pro cumb and communism and the democrats were very any communism at that time .
But really does it matter what party they were from? I'm gonna bet that a very large majority of people who claim to be Republicans or Democrats would both not support the actions of any of them.
If You take that number of 60k people who were put on a list for celebrating or saying something in support of Kirk's death. Let's assume that they are all democrats. That is still less than 0.1% of the people who voted as a Democrat in the last Presidential election. Not even 1%, hardly enough to claim it was something supported by an entire party.

The reaction by many on the right when there is a school shooting is that guns are not the problem. Mental disease is the problem .
The one common thing with EVERY mass shooter, assassin , murderer , is that they have all had mental issues. Its a common theme that is easy to research and find proof .
You can find things that they have said or done that would make anybody seem to fit into one party or the other. Who really agrees 100% with what either party is doing? Chances are just about everybody has agreed with an idea that could get them labeled as being from either party. Tucker Carlson was registered as a democrat up until 2020. Would You say that his actions would make you think he was a Republican or Democrat for many of the years he was registered as a democrat?
Arguing over which party the person belonged to is just silly. Did they all use the same brand gun? or amo, wear similar underwear? Are tighty whities really to blame for the violence? Was it the brand loyalty to Ford or Chevy to blame? Did the shooters all drink Pepsi or were they more of a coke person?
What about the people on the right claiming this was war, and wanting to become violent towards Democrats? I don't think that every voter that voted Republican feels this way or that there is even a majority that would support saying those things. Yet there are enough saying them that its easy to find .

You going to back up your claims, or change your position?

But the fact that you look at school shootings, what Kirk said and what happened to Kirk and differentiate between what he said which we can eailsy tell your not intelligent enough to understand his point is no matter what you do ban guns, illegal guns will still kill people, people will find a different method to carry out thie violence and the fact his statement speaks to the everyday general violenc that has followed mankind since day one or cain and able if your religious. That the ability to protect yourself with them and the overwhelming majority of people that use them for no violence. A school shooting is senseles violence of a deranged individual and what happend to him premeditated cold blooded murder. Were pissed about both for different reasons and mourn both in different ways due to that.
