I think you're kidding yourself if you feel Prado won't be better back on KTM.
He mentally checked out of Team Green a while ago and doesn't care to even try. It's not a bike/team thing, it's a personal choice thing. I think less of him for how he handled this season, but I have no doubt he will ride a lot better after leaving Kawasaki.
Agree. It’s also strange to think of summer ‘26 if he was truly that uncomfortable yet able to randomly match the pace of the leaders. Should be some wild racing.

Ironically he is also on record saying (and I'm paraphrasing) his gas gas, at least in SX, felt like a pig compared to the Kawasaki. It just randomly popped up as a youtube short for me yesterday. I think he was on gypsy tales when he said it.
I just heard this, in Australia some people is saying this is official and they will wait till the end of smx playoffs to announce the spanish team with Prado on the kawasaki mx1, Fernandez mxopen and Farres mx2
KTM must be desperate if they hire this guy. He dissed GASGAS to go to Kawasaki didn't he? The only contract I would give him is $1 per race, and to earn any money, it would all be bonus money for his finish. If he proves he is worthy, and can be a contender, he can get a real contract in 2027.
