4. Political discussions will be allowed as long as they're civil. You can all disagree and argue to your heart's desire but as soon as a discussion quits being a discussion (shit talking, calling other members by derogatory names, or personal threats) it will be dealt with. When you've lost the ability to defend your position and result to childish insults, you're no longer having a discussion worth having. Someone attacks you? Just report it, don't fire back, or you'll also find yourself suspended with the original culprit. As the old saying goes, two wrongs do not make a right.

The problem is, that in life, so many things are affected by politics. How many people on here enjoy their firearms? Yes, politics greatly affect that. How about driving a car? Politics affect that too. How about building a house? Regulations affected by politics. People that need help from disasters? You guessed it, politics. The problem isn't talking about politics, it's when you attack the person vs the post. If you're willing to post something, it's fair game to scrutinize. And as with everything, there's always nuggets of good within the bad and bad within the good. We don't always know the bigger picture but civil discussion reveals more information which is always good. Sometimes it entrenches you more sometimes it makes you question why you believe a certain thing. A lot of people were pissed Deegan cut the track, but if you point out something he did well, all of a sudden your a nut hanger. And that's not just a Deegan thread that's a lot of threads. And quite frankly, If I post I'm a Jett fan, there are names for that too. Why? And just like that, because you don't like politics, everyone's a clown. You made yourself into the bad example.

   I know non-moto has turned into hell when people in real life come up to me and bitch about how terrible this section has become. Which has happened a bit lately, but twice in one day while at the track testing is probably a sign.

Going on a cleanup spree, if I find you're a user that is just living in this section, starting shit, or endlessly arguing with the same couple of people (bringing nothing of value to the forum), you will be temporarily suspended.

Cool Hand Luke, TeamGreen, KillerWombat, and EVH4Ever are the first players on suspension. I'll add to it in a bit when I have time.
