Haven’t you read the Vital rumors? It’s not sickness it’s symptoms of blood doping. Everyone is blood doping, everyone… according to some on Vital.

Damn, if only he would eat less and be even thinner then he would have enough energy to last a moto. Aldons program is borderline retarded. AP looks like a breeze would blow him over.

Tickle was saying he couldn’t deal with how thin he was on Aldons program and said fuck this and started going to Texas Roadhouse after the first couple sx races in 2018 lol tickle was talking about it on Gypsy tales.

No kidding, they are adults. Do they have a curfew and need to stay on the premises at all times when training there? Go get a steak or pizza every now and then, they are burning enough calories each day to enjoy a meal or two

Think it’s more so they “trust” the program and just follow it to a tee. I think there would be a lot more push back if everyone thought aldons program was no good.

Aldons program has won championships for Carmichael, Stewart, Villopoto, Dungey, Osbourne, Hampshire, Anderson, Sexton, and I can't even think now of how many other riders through the years. The track record is long and speaks for itself. Almost everyone of those riders has complained at some time about the grueling workouts and diet, but what can you say about the success?

Sexton has never been on Aldons program.

That they would’ve won with another trainer also?

Don’t need to… look at history… go listen to what ex-riders of Bakers have said.

It would almost be funny at this point if it weren't for the fact that these are professional athletes and it's just such a terrible look for the sport to be so behind the times on this stuff.....

Hell maybe that's why Jett has been so dominant, instead of training and riding during the week he is golfing and doing fashion shows 🤣

Season is too long. Human body can’t stay in top physical condition year round, year after year. It’s just not possible.

Even with all the dope lance armstrong only raced for the Tour de France because he knew you can only peak for about 1 month out of the year. The rest of the year is either building up or training down. What tadaj pogacar is doing I can’t say. Dude is not human.
Sucks for AP. He was in good form this year.

This has always been a matter of speculation around here.  Dungey did less work with Baker.  RV worked with a few guys over the years,  was clearly missing piece of the puzzle, even though he was fast in 2010.  RC made a jump of speed, and fitness come the 2001 season.

The more I learn about training,  I do think these guys are underfed.  Red meat isn't the enemy, you can be lean while still eating enough to recover.

As far as the IV thing,  yes, it should 100% be legal.

I remember when Tickle got on KTM and showed up at A1 he was looking super thin.

I thought "damn, he looks like he's in shape. He's gonna kick some ass."

But then the opposite happened...

They don't need IV's between motos and if you're at the point where you think you do to get by you're already way too deep in a hole. Race days aren't the problem.

Way too much training in season but when they don't have an off season long enough to recover and then build back your base then you don't have much of a choice.

Something has to give with the current schedule and ultimately it's going to be the outdoors just like it was before. SMX has guys back to thinking they want to do all the outdoors but it's not going to last. It makes almost no sense for the guys solidly in SMX and not in top 3 or so in points to be racing outdoors this month. Sooner or later they're all going to realize it and find themselves "banged up."
