You know, maybe its time for people to stop going to Loretta's and instead go to other amateur events that are much more affordable and more fun. Events like the Daytona supercross amateur day, JS7 Freestone Championship, Ponca, Baja Brawl, World Two Stroke Championship, or literally any other Pro-Am event around the country. Let all the industry plants and factory amateur riders who don't have to pay to be there have their little race. Meanwhile, all the other hard working people (true amateurs) who actually have to spend money to go race choose to go somewhere that offers better racing and a better location. Loretta's only exists because people keep signing up to go to it and are willing to pay the price of admission.
But to get back to the original point, influencers and YouTube personalities are idiots.

Many, if not all tracks are having trouble getting or keeping insurance. When insurance is gone, our sport is gone. I think all tracks should do what they can to protect our sports and that's is what MX Sports is trying to do. There is nothing to gain with video's like Slowie posts. Yes some crazy things happen, but why promote it and make MX look bad??

Yeah insurance is a fucker for sure. My parents have helped run a local bush horse race and country fair for years... they just gave up a few years back as insurance got so exhorbitant and then eventually couldn't even be done.

I think 99% of these events now are so much more tame than they were say 7-10 years ago. Being at a bunch of nationals this year things are pretty chill. I wasn’t at red bud and that’s known to get out of control and that’s why they separate the lots. But to my knowledge a lot of people got in this shit this year even compared to usual. I don’t think they are letting it just be a free for all and think all these events continue to get more so policed than the year previous. All I know is 15 years ago I would never even bring a female to unadilla on the national day let alone the night before.
I also agree with t-fish and his post above. A lot of videos are hard to watch. Scroll thru and ad blocker make it manageable. From everything I see that can be proved true I also agree with your opinion of Tim. One thing I do question though: is that really Tim? Anyone can make a youtube account with any name and picture. I question this because slowie has put out 2 fake news posts in the past couple weeks. The red flag then the canning story. Before this I didn't get this from him. Just that he would say things like so and so rider or this happened and it was very old news but breaking to him. His audience and him aren't people that are super up to date with whats actually going on. With that said I wouldn't be surprised if that was Tim or if it wasn't. Just would like a for sure.
