Paroworx Off Road Park needs your help.
For years the adjacent property owner has been blocking and trying to limit public access on Jackrabbit Ridge Rd. This is the public road that is just south of the Paroworx property and is the only legal access to the track. Recorded on his property deed is a 66ft wide public easement that Iron County refuses to recognize. Many years ago I started legal proceedings so that the courts may determine what is a safe and reasonable width for Jackrabbit Ridge Rd. We are about to proceed to trial on this matter and we need the public's help.
What I need from each person is an email with the following.
Full name (first and last name)
Your address (your full address)
phone number (area code and number)
In your own words a description about how difficult it is to enter Jackrabbit Ridge Rd from Kane Springs road where the first gate is. Talk about the problems you experience getting though the 10ft wide opening at the gate. How unsafe this width currently is and how unsafe It will be if there is a fence the entire 1 mile of access. Your pictures are also welcome of your vehicles trying to travel in the 10ft wide area.

The adjacent property owner will continue to install metal fencing the entire length of Jack Rabbit Ridge Road similar to the cattle coral at the entrance to Jackrabbit Ridge Rd if we do nothing. Is that what you want?
Please review the deed attachments. The only way to win this is to produce evidence to the courts that supports the need for a road wider than 10 feet.

Guys we need serious help and the moto community doesn’t seem to care. If we don’t get enough emails the county will not open the road and we will have to shut down for good. This has been an 8 year battle. We’ve put our hearts and soul into this place. This is the last chance we have!! We need emails from people complaining about the width of the road as pictured above with the trailer. Utah motocross is dead and what we have been able to built has been a dream come true for myself and the local community. We need more emails! When it matters this community comes together and does great things. Currently I am not getting any kind of response of emails from vital nor am I getting many from Facebook. Please help us out!!

The confusion for me is how to help. I've never been to the track (I live in So Cal), so I can't comment on how difficult it is to get into the track.
What else can we put in the email that would help with the county?

If I were you I'd be directly contacting your in-state neighbors at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC in Payson. They should have a vested interest in helping you stay open. I'm guessing you could get a lot of input from their employees.
You might also consider having a free ride day with the only stipulation being that everyone has to sign a letter and take a photo of their rig entering the property.

Seems crazy that the county doesn’t recognize the easement but the letter from the county clearly states that any restriction to the road could result in criminal charges.
I think that ultimately it may be advantageous to find someone who has had their vehicle/trailer damaged by the fence/gates and file suit for damages. Enough of those and it may convince them to remove the obstruction.
Dirt bag tactic(what I'm about to say, not what you said) but it would be a real shame if someone got hurt due to the seemingly illegal fencing/posts and decided to sue said owner, county, and everyone who has been negligent in enforcing a clear law. Real shame that would be

If a fence is planned, periodic openings should be included to maintain flexibility.
