Dear Valued Beta Customer,
To ensure our quality is of a high standard, and as a special thank you for purchasing a 2024 450 RX we would like to provide you with a set of Xtrig Flex Fix handlebar mounts free of charge. The handlebar mounts will help absorb and minimize the vibration from the engine and chassis.
Please contact the Beta dealership you purchased the unit from to verify and set up an appointment to pick up your set of Xtrig Flex Fix handlebar mounts at no charge (labor to install not included).
Thank you,
Beta Motorcycles USA
I got a call about this on Friday. Beta goes above and beyond, that's for sure.
I really do like that they have service manuals and owner manuals online for free. They are on the radar for future bikes.
I'm on my 4th Beta, and I currently own most of the other brands, and I can confidently say that Beta support and service is superior to all other brands. I don't have any experience with Triumph (yet), but from what I've heard recently, they are not going above and beyond like Beta has in the past. And if I had to keep only one bike, it would be my 2023 Beta 300 Race Edition - phenomenal bike.
Was this because of an issue with the original mounts or was this just an unprompted gift from Beta to all the folks who bought certain bikes?

Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
A gift as there is/was nothing wrong with the o.e. bar clamps the '24's came with.
That’s pretty phenomenal!
All Beta ‘24 Beta buyers or just random?
All as far as I know.
I believe these mounts raise the bars 5mm or so, which is also nice for guys that like the standard beta bend but want a little more height
That's pretty cool!
Beta support is next level. I bought a new 2025 450RX from Ocean County Powersports in NJ, after 3 rides the rear tire was chunking off the knobbies. Not a huge deal, went back to the dealer to buy a new tire and they mentioned Beta possibly warrantying it. I bought my new tire and tube, and was called shortly after to be told that Beta was covering my new (Non Maxxis) tire and tube. That kind of service from both the dealer and Beta is unheard of elsewhere.
In March of 23 my right side main bearing failed. Bike was almost 2 years old with 27.8 hours on it. Beta shipped a brand new engine to my dealer at no cost to me. That was customer support on the next level. Bike is a 2021 200RR.
Damn...
Exactly what I was about to wright.
Beta did this on my '23 500RS. It suddenly had some idle'ing issues at about 50hrs and they thought it was the valves. Went through all of that and some other things but couldn't fix the problem. Beta replaced the entire engine and harness free of charge to me. Their service cannot be beat.
Wish I liked the ergos more on the Beta. Heard similar with them replacing engines on bikes multiple years old. Have a great dealer nearby also, may have to make the switch in the next year or so
A local fast Vet guy in my area just got on their 450. Based on his experience I can say all of these positive comments are true. He was getting direct messages back from their suspension guy about what direction to go with things. Sucks for me. Now I'm even farther behind. Damn Beta and their service.
I was headed outside to do the most hated maintenance job in motocross. I opened the door and there was Beta, elbow deep in a bag of dirty filters, just washing away! Thx Beta
