Finally, Eli and Jorge tackle burning questions...

Anyone think Tim Gajser, Jeffrey Herlings, Lucas Coenen or Romain Febvre would be 2 minutes down and 4 seconds a lap slower than Jett and Chase on the kawasaki ? Voilà.

The bike isn't making Jorge lose 60-90 seconds every moto.

Acting like Jett finishing 3rd after crashing is in anyway similar to what Prado has been doing is not a legitimate argument and you know it. Put them all on equal equipment and Prado would get smashed just like he has all season

I wasn’t referring to Jett’s third today…….and nothing to do with excuses.
Both examples I gave were of guys at the top having worse than their average finishes, just because their bike was slightly off.
So saying Jett, or anyone for that matter, could jump on Prado’s, or anyone else’s bike, and win at this level, is ridiculous. Nothing to do with Prado’s performances, or lack there of. Get it now?

Well, I wouldn't be so sure. Pro Circuit are in no way the team they were back in the day.

Jorge is on a 3 year contract, right?

I bet he’s trying a lot harder about 2 years from now..  When you look at the dollars, almost everything makes sense..

Did anyone catch Jett moving George the hell out of the way at the start of moto 1 at the bottom of horsepower hill. He showed him absolutely no respect.

They where on equal equipment 9 months ago on a track Hunter has won on and they are familiar with. Prado, Gajser, Jett, Herlings, Tomac, Hunter they where all on the same laptimes and beat each other more or less.

So you have your exact scenario, and its the absolute opposite of what you say 🙄😂

If they mailed it in yes.

Just as Tomac and Prado was when they where between 1-2min behind last weekend.

Not rocket science is it.

Yeah, but the issue is, he is directly WRONG. There is no way the bike or team are this bad. He either doesn't know how to set up a bike, is extremely out of shape, or is an extreme headcase, or a combination of the three. I'm cool with riders being direct, but it's also pretty obvious to me that he is wrong in thinking none of the blame is on him. He's just as responsible as the bike/team are.

100%. Prado needs to take some responsibility and accountability and do something. He doesn't need to win but do something.

As you mention the international directness isnt the problem. Others have been direct but they still got some kind of result. They showed some grit. Prado is doing neither at this stage. No accountability AND no grit.

I'm pretty sure that was moto 2. In the first moto Prado pulled the holeshot and took Jett all the way wide and basically stopped in the turn. Which ultimately let Tomac and Chase up the inside. Jett mentioned it in the press conference.

If George was on last years familiar GasGas he would start better and be 4-8. Not 1-3. Jett, Chase, Eli, and Hunter would be regularly ahead with only a mistake giving Jorge an opportunity for a podium. New tracks and new teams too big a disadvantage. You can see how far off even an experienced rider like Eli can be at Millville last week when setup isn’t right. And that’s on a track he has had great success on.

You are correct. Either way Jett seemed to look over and see the #70 and just run him off the track in a get the hell out of my way squid sort of fashion. I've been noticing more and more that when Jett gets in tight quarters he doesn't give an inch and puts his bike wherever he feels like putting it. It actually makes me like him more Smile

In the press conference Jett said something like "I got a bit screwed in the first moto by the spanish mate" and you could just see the smirks from Chase and Eli 😂

What it looks like to me is that the overall philosophy of the bike isn't what Jorge prefers and he has been put in a box with what he can change.  Cairoli talked about Prado saying the bike feels low in the rear.  Maybe he feels like there is no front end feel which makes him ride overly safe.  I don't know.

Maybe he’s just not at the level of the Elite riders here. And it’s hard to accept. He finished 2 minutes behind the leaders this weekend. Doesn’t even seem to be trying.

Prado blocked Jett and Chase took advantage and went by both of them at the start. Chase is not always the best starter but that looked like something Jett would do.
