Whats the back story behind this? Its not a good look. Freddy is a cool guy. Did he break a few team rules?

wow, i know Freddie has had a some bad rounds, but this is a shock,
Would be nice to see Freddy work with Club MX the rest of the season.
After receiving a team notification a couple hours ago I am not sure if this was supposed to public yet.
I am Not sure if Frederics shoulder has been the same since his Phoenix SX dislocation so it may possibly be medical.
Noren is a local for me and has always been great to deal with for all the years.
Nothing to do with this split up but last night one of his past bikes and other bikes were reported stolen only a few miles from me last night by York SC county police department.
Noren got hit with the McElrath treatment by HEP

No bueno. Fast Freddie is good for the sport!
Hey hey - isn’t Phoenix Honda short on fast guys at the moment?
Maybe he got offered a fill-in ride he couldn't pass up?
He's been riding a Yamaha at Club. I don't know who's Yamaha, just that it's a Yamaha.
Give him Webbs bike…
Mx6?
So this is the Bubba Pauli led team?
So Freddie won’t be on a KX450 this weekend?
I think they said Christian Craig was going to race if anyone got hurt
Nope..." banged up "
Weirdest thing is that the team sent this out via email to the media and sponsors, but put in the email to please not mention it. I've never had a team/press agent do that.
Well… so Freddie will race it next weekend then 😅
Probably a test to see if there is a mole within the moto media😂I can see the moto media guys laying awake at nite contemplating what to do about the situation….probably some free donuts or energy drinks at risk…
lol, hey here’s some info, but dint mention it bro!
Pit Row
What kind of chicken shit is that? You fire/let go a rider and don't want to face any questions?
That is not what ISRT said.
Its not that complicated. ISRT simply asked us team sponsors and media receiving the email to not release or leak it yet so the team and Frederick can get prepared for whatever official announcement is coming.
Teams and racers are all trying to make a living chasing this dream. Did Frederick get an offer that he simply could not turn down? I hope so it also creates an opening for another racer to join the team. This happens in this sport all the time.
Sucks for us sponsors and media but we have to wish them all well and move on.
If you want to find a mole you give each person slightly different information and see which story comes out.
What’s the point of sending a press release to the press , if they can’t release it ?
If it was just to the sponsors it would be a different situation , but if you tell the press some thing , they are going to report it
I wonder if ISRT is anticipating another team signing Noren and wanted to get ahead of the 8-ball. That's the only reason I can think of that they'd tell the media not to release the announcement of his departure.
I wasn't going to chime in here, but I just saw RacerX posted the story too. And they even included the bit at the bottom the the release saying not to say anything publicly. 🙄

"Please direct any media or external inquiries to Ryan@sxraceteam.com and refrain from making public comments until further notice.
Thank you for your continued professionalism and support."
Great professionalism RacerX! Are they not even reading the release and just pushing stories to their website regardless of content?
Regardless, I don't know much more than what the release said, but it wasn't specific as to whether this was Freddie's decision or the teams. Some people in here are awfully quick to assume the latter, though... Freddie is a good guy, I wish him well no matter the situation.
If you aren’t ready for questions, then don’t say anything at all until you are ready. It’s really not that complicated.
