On Monday, Dan Bongino, the Deputy Director of the FBI, announced that the agency would further its investigation into cocaine being found in the Biden White House and the leak of the draft of the Dobbs decision by the Supreme Court that overruled Roe v. Wade, and the pipe bombs that were left near the DNC and RNC offices in Washington, D.C., in on January 2021.
“Shortly after swearing in, the Director and I evaluated a number of cases of potential public corruption that, understandably, have garnered public interest,” Bongino wrote on X. “We made the decision to either re-open, or push additional resources and investigative attention, to these cases. These cases are the DC pipe bombing investigation, the cocaine discovery at the prior administration’s White House, and the leak of the Supreme Court Dobbs case.”
I’m not on X but if I was, my response would be:
Okay Dan, this is your chance for redemption. I have been a long time supporter but If you “Epstein” on any of these cases I’m done with you because it will be proof in my mind that “they” got to you. Don’t let us down…again.
It’s time for some accountability, damn it.
If you want to stop shenanigans in the future, you have to make the people in the past who pulled shenanigans accountable for their actions or inactions.

All politics and political sides, pushed aside… I think I speak for most people when I say that I just want to see SOMEONE held accountable for SOMETHING. We’ve seen this for years and years with various things. If you or I did anything remotely on the level of some of these people, we’d be sent to Terre Haute to await our federal execution, while these people walk freely among us.
The constant senate hearings and investigations, with no one being held accountable, is discouraging at best. I grow weary of it... If I don't see someone in cuffs, it's just more kabuki theater.

Regardless of what comes out of the investigation, it will be labeled partisan. Just like all of Trump's impeachments and court cases. When I actually see a an AG go after the President that put them in their position, I might begin to think that something might be changing.
