They are very corporate (unsurprisingly), but I do find that their analysis of the actual races is more in-depth than most other moto pods. AC is easily one of the brightest minds we have in our sport. If he didn't grow up racing dirtbikes, he could've easily followed the academic route and been a successful intellectual or executive type.
Perhaps. I think the best podcast, by a mile, is JT and Ben Townley on Live Motocross. Insightful and they don't hold back their opinions.
Aldon rider, Club rider, Triumph rider, Dogpound rider, etc.. I like nerding out on the facilities as much as anything lol!
So funny ! that was one of the best videos I have seen in a very long time!

I like his podcast as he seems to get them to really open up - Tomac is an example of this. Sometimes he does get to yappy but in general I don't mind him at all.
With these interviews, there are 60 minute type interviews (Mathes and Ping), and then there are tonight show type interviews Gypsy.
Just enjoy them both for what they are.
Are you just watching Gypsy clips?
Late night “interviews” where just 5 minute “tell us about your latest movie and when we can see it”
Gypsy is using the format that basically Rogan pioneered, 2-3+ hours of just long form conversation. Sometimes not even about the “relevant” topic.
No aspect is an interview, Jase is not really there to ask questions. It’s just two dudes talking. As popular as the format has become (for good reason) it’s still wild for me to see people not grasp it.
Just started listening to it. Its very good. So many different shows to choose from right now
You should Google what a podcast is. You are so hung up on the word interview you can’t comprehend the point I was trying to make. Also, you mention Joe Rogan who doesn’t do any of the things I complained about.
I listen/watch to a few of his things, but I tend to skip once he starts ranting on. I get the sentiment about him, even his voice lol, but I’ll give him credit, he does get good content from the riders.
Dude Rogan does EVERYTHING you complained about.
It’s a long form conversational podcast, your super-boomer AI answer doesn’t change that.
YOU are the one that critiqued, verbatim, Jase’s “interview skills”
He doesn’t have any interview skills. He doesn’t do interviews. Grow up, take your meds, and take the L.
You really love you some gypsy. I’m embarrassed for you. Also, not a boomer. Are you gypsy or just have his dick so deep in your mouth you can’t breathe? Proven wrong and doubling down. Typical child.
in an argument about rogan v gypsy, we all lose.
Loses argument, not man enough to walk it back and admit that they were the one that brought a term into it:
Calls the other guy gay: damn homie, sick burn.
I expect nothing less of Vital.
Also, bro, you are a super-boomer. It's not an age, it's an attiude.
Whatever you say snowflake. Go cry.
Is it possible anymore to have a thread that doesn't turn into two people pissing at each other about something completely irrelevant to the thread topic? You fuckers are ruining perfectly good threads.
Glad that I’m not the only one who’s noticed how much the guy talks about himself. In fact, I quit listening to his podcast because I didn’t feel like hearing him interview himself.
Pit Row
No i havent listened to this one as I listened to the Hunter interview last week and turned it off halfway.
I live near where the boys grew up and was interested in where they started, who they knew, where they rode Roys rd etc etc
Gypsy was finishing most of Hunters sentences and knew everyone Wilson Todd etc
It was interesting and painful at the same time
Give this one a go, I’ll think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
It’s a message board. If everyone agreed with each other and every topic stayed on point it would be pretty boring. It’s not the serious. I think this board has shown when it is a serious issue(normally an injury) we come together.
Speaking as the other guy in this particular pissing contest:
Completely agree. We came here to argue about Gypsy and call each other names, but I’d sure AF pick up LuisianaMotocross’ bike and make sure he’s ok.
Pretty sure he’d do the same for me in real life. This is the internet, it’s for talking shit.
Absolutely!
100%❗️I will readily admit that I have never been a fan of Gypsy, with all the “bro” stuff etc & I rarely make it 5-10 mins into his usual stuff before I have to move on for fear that it’ll be 5-10 mins of my life I never get back!
However…& based solely on this thread, I went ahead & gave it a watch, and I am damn glad I did! I thoroughly enjoyed it & I will happily admit, IF he can find a way to make videos like this his norm, Jase will have definitely earned a new fan!
I give Jase major props for being filmed in that manner & being “vulnerable” to critique etc, & not appearing in the best light, while pointing out just how hard Pro MX’ers grind day in & day out!
I enjoyed all the banter and got a kick out of Cole’s pitboard messages etc & his verbal critique such as “what roll speed did I see, well I saw you roll the jumps/whoops” or something to that effect!
Great Video! Sincere thanks to O.P. for insisting we vitards give it a watch, and honestly should he see this…to Gyspy for the very enjoyable content!
😎 👍❗️
Give me a break Nut, of course they're interviews. When you have conversations with your mates do you systematically ask them questions about their careers, for example? Just because Gypsy Throater tries to bro and blow the riders doesn't mean it's not a form of interview.
Well bro, I try to be a decent human being, and an even better bro, so when I sit down with my bros I do ask questions about their lives, careers, and interests. I then listen to their responses, and in return share my thoughts and similar experiences. I do also try to make them feel comfortable and their presence appreciated.
Never thought of it as an interview. Just what I call a conversation.
Fair enough. But do you film and record it, post it on YouTube, sell advertising for it and profit off it?
I agree. Quite the bright mind. Could become successful in an academic setting. I would even say it’s never too late. It is good for widening the horizon. There is certainly not that pressure of finishing it to pay your debts. It is motivation to finish it though.
I thought I was the only guy on Vital who understood about "boomer" being an attitude thing 😂
They are definitely straight laced to a degree but they both have great personalities and are an enjoyable listen. Both of them also don’t let the rider’s off the hook if someone has had a bad race or weekend they are not scared to call them out, their podcast is not my first go to but I also never miss an episode I think my favourite part is AC’s complete honesty and humbleness.
