Hope CP gets this taken care of and is 100% in January.
It sounds like Christophe has experienced worse in his life but I bet this ranks up there with being one of the worst moments .

I feel bad for Pourcel. The guy is a great rider and has overcome a lot of negativity in the last year, and earned a lot of new fans as well (myself included). Both Trey and Christophe were worthy of the c-chip, and (aside from the dislocated shoulder) I thank them for an exciting and memorable moment in motocross that I will surely not soon forget. Congratulations Trey and Get Well Soon Christophe, I'm sure we'll see even greater things from the both of you in the near future.
I saw some of it at Steel City from a couple of flaggers. They no more knew what they were doing out there than someone grabbed off of the street (which they probably were). Appeared as though these guys were more concerned with getting closer to the action than rider safety.
I'd give anything to ride a PC bike for 5 minutes... and now I see that dream could one day become a reality... without any skills at all! hahaha.
Just my $.02
Funny, but true. It makes us look pretty bush league.
Still, this photo with the shirtless guy with the burger - brew gut, riding Christophe's bike cracks me up.
Still unbelievable. I too was thinking as I watched online... "What happened to his bike???" I never saw the guy actually take it.
Beer Guy: "You done with this?"
Pourcel: "Ya, I think so"
Beer Guy: "Sweet... my turn!!!"
Just as a note... I hate that Pourcel lost the Championship the way he did. I was hoping to see them battle it out until the end. He handled the situation like a Champion... and I loved the Racer X article about Christophe going over to Trey's rig after the race.
Both racers are class acts and should have a great 450 rivalry for years to come! Can't wait until Jan.!!!
And that he can come out and help a rider that is down I dont see as negative and unproffesional instead thats what so good with this sport. The fans and riders are closer compared to other sports!
In England the marshalls would have placed the bike in front of injured rider to protect him from oncoming traffic.
I think it is pretty cool that the guy helped with the bike and got to twist the throttle.
Definitely a neat little story.
Someone needs to find out who he is and do a little interview with him.
Dude is ok my book!
I'm actually quite sad for CP,he's had a lot to overcome and to end up 3rd in the points with a nasty injury and maybe out of the MXoN must be hard to take,he's gained a huge amount of respect and his style is amazing to watch, pure brilliance, good luck next year CP and well done to Trey Canard

I'm glad you had a great ride, where you hurt? 3 months? Smart move to leave the bike alone. It only cost money and what's the point (graphics is cool though). That feeling after a good ride is the best there is. I also had a good ride yesterday. I have increased my speed lately which is pretty cool since I'm almost 40! But of course going faster has it's consequences. So yesterday I sprain my ankle, and today I limp and grin as a consequence!
When my bike is toasted I will probably buy a leftover 10 or 11. Nice bikes!
props to Trip for helping get the bike off the hill.
i'm jealous as hell that he got to cruise on that sucker
