Längenfelder just took over the championship lead, should be a great atmosphere and more crowded than usual in Teutschenthal.
Im hyped!

Gonna be a great day of racing with mxgp and also erzbergrodeo on sunday. 

Just saw two Triumpf MXGP trucks on the A5 heading up north to Teutschenthal, gave the drivers a big thumps up.

One of the worst tracks on the calendar now, narrow and hard to pass, prep has been poor this past few seasons, shame cos it used to great.

The contretemps between Febvre and (sorry, I missed his name) the other bloke in that corner, during practice,  were quite WTF / Strange / Funny.

Both crashed on their own, in separate, but near mirror image prangs, at the same time. Perhaps there was some argy bargy between them earlier - I'm watching far too many screens / events at the moment!

Wel, Mumma Fontenasi just got her 20 'somethingth' GP win, with her 1:2. Lotte 2nd with her 3:1, Guillem 3rd.

It appears Larisa Papanmeir (sorry, I can't spell Euro names remotely well) is retiring, with her send off / reaction to the crowd. I think she got 6th overall. She's. apparently, according to Malin, been doing the GPs since the WMXs inception , I think since 2008?

She's so tiny  - I almost sent her flying in the pits some years ago, when I turned a corner, and we 'met'- I'm pretty very much an immovable object, especially when I'm on my extra pair of legs. Mind you, the size thing, 'smallness',  goes for so many of the ladies, though, there are a few Tall ones.

It's pretty high level of racing from the ladies in WMX - it s**ts me to read the idiotic comments from a few Men about them, at times.

Oh , an Aside : I read / or heard in a recent  Video, a comment from Mookie about not wanting to catch his hair / dreads in a rear wheel / chain. Now that Would be bad.  I fear one day, he'll get badly hurt from that enormous tousle of Dreads streaming from his helmet.  I recall  it was mentioned here recently, that  Covington (?) was made to cut his hair by the FIM a year or two back. 

So I paid more, and, particular attention to the Ladies race - to see if there were any 'Mullets' flapping behind them. Nope, it appears they either tuck them into their Jerseys,  Body Armour, or, Neck Braces. Or, as only Women can seem to do, they creatively get their hair, all the way Into their Helmets. It never ceases to amaze me what the Female of the Species can do..
