if pourcel loses it it would be devastating. honestly how could you lose a 50+ point lead without DNFing a moto?

He did DNF a moto though with that wild crash... I wonder if he's doing a bit of a Metcalfe, as Windham said and he just got a bit stagnant in that class and let his guard go a bit and Canard pounced on it.

Canard has almost three times as many moto wins thics year compared to cp...cp was robbed a bit last year and I love his style,personality and story from 3yrs ago but tc is earning it period ..- I think the 450s will never be the same next yearIMO!

I think Pala is going to be interesting.
I am pulling for Trey because I have been a fan of the kid since the LL's days, just have always liked his riding style and personality plus he has come through a lot.
Much respect to Pourcel clearly the guy is great and has overcome his share of adversity.

Canard is obviously going to go for it, he has nothing to lose and absolutely needs a 1-1.

Pourcel could lay back and manage the race for the championship but as he had stated in that press conference he wants to win out.

Gonna be good.

actually Christophe has 9 moto wins compared to 8 moto wins for Trey.

Who ever wins I hope it comes down to the last moto, last lap, and the last corner!

Let's throw out the points and have them do a moto by themselves for the title. I will be sick for either rider if they get screwed out of the title by any other riders.

I hope Canard wins the title, but I think it will be another 1-1 for Canard and 2-2 for Pourcel with Pourcel winning the title by 1 point thanks to Canard's teamate Eli for passing him late in the 2nd moto at the Wick Dizzy

i would like to see tickle and barcia out front and one of them winning the first moto; with tc and cp getting mid pack starts and working through the pack to top 5 and then see how moto 2 shakes down. in other words lets not count out some of the other riders going for broke. and as overall champ goes, i am pulling for canard.

With that said, anything can happen. I'm rooting for Canard.
I guess Pourcel should not have made an insulting comment to Barcia. I would do everything I could to keep him from winning. Hopefully Barcia has the same thing in mind.

In these secnarios it seems every one else just gets out of the way of the two title contenders and refuses to race them and in this case that favors Pourcel. Of course starts or first turn pileups could shake it all up.

I really think that Pourcel thought he could crack Canard last week based the past showdowns between the two (Mt Morris last year, Millville moto 1, Unadilla moto 2). I wonder if he has lost a bit of that mental edge after giving it all he had last week and having Canard go 1-1.

Im rooting for both... I respect them both so much, they are going SO fast out there and riding so good they both deserve it. Very cool seeing there great sportsmanship and that is exactly what our sport needs.

I grew up with Trey dog racing all them years, and pourcels style is just one of a kind.

Good luck guys ill be watching
