Some comments on there saying him and his chick are done, and there is "no more posts of her on his Instagram" but a quick scroll proved that wrong.

Some people here are more invested in a riders private life than in their own romantic relationships. 😂

Good news he's back on the bike!

It must be wild to be a rider if you keep an eye on social media and see what crazy stuff people come up that is going on in your life if you let it happen. He said he had some family issues and people just went wild. His career was over, he'd spilt with the team, his wife, sheesh

Wow, glad to see him on the bike prepping for the Nat's. But, I doubt he's going, or even wants, to make it to all the rounds. Something will come up and he'll bail on the full season. I think he is doing this more for his contractual obligations at this point. He's not gonna be on a green bike next year and I don't think he even has top 10 outdoor speed/stamina any longer. Plus, he's plenty pissed off at Kawasaki for the entire Chase signing at this point to even care.

Kawi said "Son, you better re-read your contract and get back on the bike..."

This is what they said would happen in their PR.

Is any of that factual or just conjecture on your part?

And he placed 5th overall last year in the 450 class. Hard to believe he will finish out of the top ten. He was top ten every moto last year except 1 when he placed 31st.

Did any moto media members with credibility ever report he was pissed at Kawi, or was it only one of Kooksey's conspiracy for clicks that people took and started building on in their own heads?

“Davey Coombs told Jason Anderson that he was gonna drug test Team Fried if he didn’t take a leave of absence, then he tried to kick me out of the sport. I support these riders and their choice of recovery. That why I use Precision Transport.”- Cooksey

Ya know, I’m just stoked to have him back and that everything is good, now.

Even from where I’m sitting, as a friend and someone that’s been around Jason for well over a decade…I did not ask much, well, I simply asked the following…because, yes…I was worried…

IMG 0707

I checked in a few days later and everything was good…so, with that I left it alone.

Recently I’ve noticed he’s been back in his usual groove doing his morning thing, training wise, and it was awesome to see him back on the bike and pushing it, yesterday.

As for all the the other stuff that people think they deserve or need or have to know…well, uh, no. It’s not your life. So, yeah, it’s like this…

We don’t have any need to know what’s going on in their personal life.

Just yesterday, I was having a laugh with another rider at J’s level and we were yucking like a coupl’a clowns at how certain pain meds affect you and make you want to get the hell of them quickly…and I realized it’s not the kind of convo that everyone would get. It kinda adds one of the points to the reality of…

It’s not our life. It’s none of or business…and…ultimately…I just don’t care.

I’ll see ya all later. I’ve got to go throw my crutches, knee scooter and a coffee mug in the Bronco…somehow…and go watch a friend ride. Which, at the moment…makes me JEALOUS! 😂

Have a great day.

Manny,  When my ankle was busted I did a couple weeks on the knee scooter then opted for the iwalk knee crutch, was a game changer for me. Looks weird AF but damn was it goid to be mobile and hands free again.

FYI - I ordered and additional pad and double stacked it. Hella good for longer walks.

Years ago, I’d removed a foot peg at speed in the desert…on a KX500 while racing V2R…and the pointy end of my fib which was still attached to a torn piece of ligament…the original corrective surgery apparently didn’t last long. 🤣

And…the opposing ligament was in a similar state…”bilateral”…go figure!

Had a tendon that was MIA…so one of my toe tendons got reassigned.

My Talus, Tib and Fib were all worn and in need of some clean-up/reshaping…not unlike spur surgery. Oh, ans let’s not leave out that “osteoarthritis” was in there, too!

So…

I got that cast in support of my friends on Yamahas that I’m trying to find any sort of “good luck” for as SX comes to a close! 💪🏻

I agree he isn’t obligated to tell us anything. If Kawasaki is okay with that then that’s good enough for me. However, he is a public figure so I also get people being curious why he is out and they would say in major sports. I think both things can be true but with this being vital people think you’re a POS if you’re wanting to know why someone is out.

I didn’t mean to imply you were taking shots at people. Just wanted to point out I see both sides of the argument on transparency.

Regardless of what we're entitled to I still find it odd that no rumors are being reported and everyone who usually let's those rumors out just wants us all to believe that this time they really don't know anything at all. Guess I'll keep hitting refresh on the cooksey YouTube channel.

Forgive me if this was already asked, when does his contract expire? I'd guess before the playoffs begin. It would be beneficial to train and ride so you can make a very good impression at the playoffs for his new team. ZERO factual evidence for this post...

The question we should be asking is does it expire before or after Sexton signs his Kawi contract?

Most contracts end after SMX finals.
