This is Moto.  You race for the same Race Team.  Teammates is a term used for team sports.  This is an individual results sport.

Cry.

KTM did the same thing back in 17. It is what it is.

I tend to agree that calling them “teammates” isn’t really accurate. Motocross racing is purely an individual results based sport. They’re more like co-workers if anything.

When I wrestled in high school I had a good friend that wrestled the same wieght.  We were on the same team but when he wrestled me for the team I had to make him my b#tch and dominate him.

Are you referring to Coop X 2 or deegs

If it was the last race, and for the championship it would be different. Deegz was obviously tired of the attention that Davies has recently received. Poor move imo.

Should we call them coworkers instead?

Deeg don't give no fucks who it was..teammate or not...I do think it's right that the team has to all wear the same uniform...

Just in general.  I don't thing some people get that this isn't a team sport.

So Deegs should wait?  What if something happens this week and he can't ride.....

They only have the same sponsorships and backing.

Good chance that Cole will be the reason Haiden never wins a 450 championship.

It is a better representation.

Sounds weird though.

That was a pretty light tap, especially for a championship.

As RC said, I'm positive almost everyone in the same situation would've done the same or worse.

Dirtier, was Webb's 2 attempts to take out Chase within the first 30 seconds of the race.

True…I don’t like haiden, but Osborne changed savatgys life with a far more aggressive move and everyone cheered, this was nothing in comparison. Zac was well liked though and had adversity, haiden has grown up privileged around a wanker and raised to be one so that’s the difference I guess.

I don't see it that way.

Whatever Brian did, or what was projected for marketing purposes as his persona happened decades ago.

I like the Deegans, Brian included.  I don't understand the hate toward them.

They gave all of their kids the best chance they could, like any of us would.

Haiden put in the work, and earned this championship.  He's also complimented the other riders throughout this season.  There's some trash talk, Beamer too.  It's alright.

I thought it was really cool when Beaumer congratulated him both after the race and on the podium.

I am a Deegan fan, he reminds me of my all time favorite rider Bob Hannah. Having said that, the amount of class displayed by Cole Davies, and JuJu Beaumer was great to watch !

That was also the last lap of the last race of the season.
This championship still has 1 more race to go.
Apples to oranges here.

Every lap could be the last lap.  You can't wait for tomorrow.

JMB  had  that all figured out back in the day.

Team tactics are more unethical than any takeout move has ever been.  Plus team tactics make the sport more  boring.

I'm not a big fan of the mega race teams.

If Justin was in the points race for the title, he'd have taken Webb out.

He's not.  The special needs posters on here crack me up.

JCoop not passing Webb last night made the race more boring.  I wished he'd of went for it.

Ole Bobby would've been a WRECK.

That was a perfect example of why I'm not into the mega teams....

The Deegs example shows a side of a guy that don't want help.

The Webb example shows a side where Webb might have lost two spots at the end.

They are competing AGAINST each-other for the same race wins and titles.

AGAINST

Inarguable
