Let's wait for outdoors.
MX1 Haiden Deegan
MX2 Hailee Deegan
MX3 Brian Deegan
Today: Chase, Coop, Deegs.
A lot will happen between today and selection. (Hopefully Tomac will be healthy and fully up to speed).
Tomac - Sexton - Deegan
Same as last year.
We’ll see what outdoors looks like, but AP is the best number 2 if either of the number ones can’t go. And Hymas instead of Deegan if the drama is there again.

i like tomac, cooper web, sexton
i would 100% be ok with those 3 going in any combination, dont even care what class they ride.
Ideal team:
Sexton, Webb and Deegan.
Dream Team: Tomac Sexton Deegan
Realistic Team: Sexton Coop Deegan
I would say
MXGP - Sexton
MXOpen - Tomac if healthy, if not maybe Roczen?
MX2 - Deegs unless someone shows us that they can beat him. But right now no one has shown they can beat him outdoors consistently.
Tomac Sexton Deegan is the team. If Deegan skips again this year, I am off the Deegan train. Tomac is already back on the bike and he looked incredible at MXON last year. Sexton was the outdoor champ, no reason to think he won't be our best pick this year also.
After Deegan dogging the team last year, he shouldn't be on the team this year for the home round just because it's convenient for him.
Last year he had a legitimate reason not to go, the year before’s reason for not going was lame.
Plessinger is worthy as the backup if not chosen.
You're from Australia, what do you care? Let the Americans worry about the patriotism, you should be wanting the best talent from every country on the track.
Roczen? Stop it
That's the team right there. Deegz will step up this year
Exactly.
I think you'll find some contention around here about how 'legitimate' it was. Paging 971_Fan, Paging 971_Fan...The Princess needs you to drum up some bullshit excuses and logic defying defences of Haiden Deegan...
I wouldn't want a person who couldn't be fucked representing my country two years in a row to suddenly show up just because it was convenient. Especially if they'd made a big show of being a 'patriot' for no other reason than to garner clicks and drum up controversy.
Pit Row
Tomac
Sexton
Roczen, Hymas, or Kitchen
As to your questions:
If Kawasaki signs Sexton, does he race? Not sure, he didn't race when he'd just signed to KTM citing timing issues.
If Prado is ready, does Kawasaki let him race? I think so. I think a lot of the reason Kawi don't go is because of beef with Roger De Oldster.
Does New Zealand pick Cole Davies? 100%
My preference for Team USA.
Eli Tomac
Chase Sexton
Chance Hymas (fuck Deegan he's shown zero loyalty).
Hey thanks for telling me that story.
If Jett had exhibited some anti-Aussie behavior I really wouldn't give a shit, I want to see him at the MXdN. I have no Australian patriotism.
I don't understand why the Aussies seem so invested in American patriotism.
No, AP proved he's not capable of performing at this event. He's gone 3 times. If he raced forward instead of backward last year, we'd be #'s 1, 2 and 3 going to Ironman. Zero reason to go again if your teammate was catching you in moto 2 on a bike he rode for a week.
Tough decision for the 450 riders.
Today, Sexton, Web, Beaumer.
If Tomac is looking really good then it's a toss up between him, web and Sexton
Picking Deegan, ya for sure he's a good choice but I think Beaumer is less crash risky and he's not far off Deegan's pace.
If Beaumer can bring in a solid 5 overall, which I think he has the speed and consistency to do so, US has a good chance for the top spot.
I’m hoping you guys mean Justin cooper, not cooper Webb…we are talking outdoors here, not sx
Do we really think Tomac will come back at anything less than 90% speed? The guy raced a main event with the broken fibula. That injury should not have any lasting effects on his performance.
Tomac & Sexton are a lock - no brainer. Chase missed last year after injury, so surely he'll do everything possible to be there on his home deck regardless of bike colour.
Aussie here reminding you all of Deegan's antics these past couple years - however results speak louder and I'm sure it will all be brushed aside come selection time, unless another rider makes a strong enough case.
One thing's for sure - you're going to be incredibly tough to beat this year!
I think we all know why
Don’t think he’s gonna race with the good old U.S.A.
100%
Cooper Webb is probably 3rd on the replacement list at best for outdoors.
Beaumer not far off Deegan's pace? In what universe? That is mx, not sx. Deegan puts 30sec on Beaumer outdoors, easy
