Has anyone been having issues ordering and receiving parts? Have reached out a few times and told they will ship when arrived. Can’t get anyone on the phone, says to email them. But going on 2 months for $1300 worth of parts. I can’t cancel it as I used contingency that would now be expired so I’m just kind of stuck. Not bashing, just curious if anyone else is experiencing this as well.
Not me personally, but I work for a rival of AOMC and have had many of their customers that receive heavy discounts from AOMC switch over to my .com as we are not having issues getting parts and shipping them out.
I have been waiting a couple months now on an order. No updates ever unless I email them and then I get "next week" from them. When I placed the order I was already skeptical about them but placed the order anyway because their website said "in stock" Turns out that's a scam as they don't stock shit, just a middle man. Lesson learned.
Yeah they are pretty bad about selling stuff that isn't in stock and takes forever to get in.
Same... placed an order on 3/5/25. The website didn't indicate that it was out of stock. I emailed on 3/11 asking about status and the reply was they will ship once they received it. I emailed them on Monday asking for a refund and haven't heard back.

I’ve never heard of one positive experience of someone shopping with AOMC. I’ve seen way too many of these posts to ever give them my money.
I'll play the spoiler 😄 two years ago my wife ordered me a Husky team jacket from them. It showed up 3days later, but that's all I've ordered from them. Good luck OP hope you get your stuff or a refund.
I have used them several times, always a positive experience.
Ive had good times and bad times with them....
Generally bad though, especially with what they stock and drop ship... if something is on back order, you won't see shit for months. Plus, you have to constantly call them.
Fwiw, i just got ktm oem 150 kit from ktm twins... cheapest by far and at my door in 3 days!
I have used them for KTM Powerparts and if something is in stock it ships right away. If it needs to be ordered from a US warehouse or from KTM i’ve had it take some time which is frustrating sometimes. I have called and always had someone answer but it is at the parts counter in the dealership, I believe it was tom that helped me last time and he was able to get it straightened out with the back house shipping. Could the communication been better, yes, but when i called they were polite and able to get it straightened up right away for me.
Get a Yamaha. Problem solved.
Awful.
Waited MONTHS for nothing to ever show up. Got the run around multiple times. Avoid at all costs, start a chargeback or PayPal case asap
Same.
Been waiting for months on a KTM header.
While I haven’t bought anything from them in a while, I’ve bought quite a stuff in previous years and have never had an issue.
I went through a rollercoaster of in-stock, out-of-stock, it'll ship soon, ooops we didn't ship it, it's on the invoice but we forgot to put the part in the box, etc. I'm never dealing with them again. I talked to an actual rep and she sounded very frustrated. I was very nice, as it wasn't her fault, but she kept saying the warehouse was messing up, so...
Contact the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered a bunch of stuff last year that was all listed as in stock. Only to get an email 2 weeks later that half of it was back ordered. I only ordered from them because they claimed it was in stock. Communication on the order after that was spotty, but everything eventually got here.
Given this thread (thanks!) --- it nudged me to request a refund last night and AOMC responded first thing today that they've issued a refund --- but I haven't seen it yet.
I'll update this thread once I receive the refund.
I've had mixed luck too. On some KTM stuff that was back ordered I waited almost 1 year for them. The trick seems to be to only order items that show IN STOCK. Not Available , or back ordered and then shipping is reasonable . I have found the In stock items to have all shipped quick, and available items are hit and miss as they need to be ordered and then reshipped out. And backordered stuff, that can take a VERY longtime.
I only started using them here and there a couple years ago and they changed ownership during that time. I'm not sure if that change was a positive or negative. But maybe it could explain some issues. I normally prefer to communicate via Email, but with them I do wish it was easier to get somebody on the phone to get a quick answer about if something. Most of the time I get an answer back by the next day. They do have some decent prices on stuff.
Pit Row
Sierra Motorcycle Supply is equally as egregious. Parts say in stock, but then weeks go by and nothing is shipped as it is now magically backordered with no eta, or it's "we should have it this week".
AOMC used to rock. I have not used them in a long time though.
I have been waiting on an order placed on 3-28-25. I just emailed them stating I would like a refund. Were you going to get a full refund or only a partial due to restocking or some other BS?
Besides the 304-932-0437 phone number, does anyone know if there is a second contact number for AOMC? When I call it acts like the line is no longer in service.
Jamin sold out several years ago now. I talked to one of his guys that stayed with AMOC at a dealer meeting a year after he sold out. He was not really happy with the new owners then.
I received full refund
I received an email stating that I'd get a refund 🤞. Would be nice if these online retailers told the truth. If you don't have the parts on hand, don't portray it to be like you do. Guess I will be stickin with rocky mountain or moto sport.
I've never had this problem with RMATV
I wonder if Ryan the guy who ran their YT channel has left? He used to do a couple videos a week with new bike and product drops and I haven't seen him do that in a while.
I think if we are all honest, most of us buy from them for the up to 20% off. That being said, I never order anything, that I need right away from them.
NO Hate comms but doesn't anyone go to their local shop anymore ? I have a great shop near me that stocks hard parts and a ton of accessories and also will works with you on price , is this a thing of the past ?
Yes I do, but the one closest dealer to me is a better snowmobile shop than a race/dirt bike shop IMO. But I go there to spend contingency money. I may try another dealer that is a bit further away. But most of the time I just buy off line, I feel like it's quicker and easier for me to get parts as all oem parts/part numbers are available online and if something gets ordered wrong it's on me, not the parts guy at the dealership.
