Welcome to the unfortunate club. I still see my 23 on Instagram weekly. Keep an eye on bike life pages local to you. I wouldn't rely on an airtag in the future. I now use a gps tracking device not connected to apple. Career thieves cant figure out if an airtag is present. I also added more cams and typically store my bike with no wheels when its chained in garage. Got me super paranoid but prepared now.
