Just about every nut and bolt has been replaced. A hand full haven’t been. Everything in the engine was replaced with new Honda parts. Crank was rebuilt. The cylinder was trashed, but was able to save it with a steel sleeve.
•New Honda clutch case and side cover.
•New Honda kicker that I just bought out of Canada.
•Shifter is new Honda from 2005 cr250,along with fork guards.
•Rear tire is a 737 Dunlop new that the owner of bike had
•I keep the front tire he had and reused it, 752 Dunlop
•Stock Honda spokes and nipples with warp9 rims
•His original Renthal bars from then with bar pad
•White Brothers bar mount
•Pro Circuit exhaust
•New rotors front and rear
•New aftermarket tank, plastics, seat foam, and seat cover
•Powder coat shock spring
•New foot peg pins and springs. Also welded and redrilled frame holes.
You name it is been either been replaced or refurbished.

I’d love to know what products you use to clean up the aluminum. It looks great
A good set up for vapor blasting all cast past. A DIY vapor machine will work if you keep the water clean and use the right blasting media. For the swing arm, I used 600,800, and 1000 grit sanding paper in a very clean parts washer tank. Few coats of wd-40 after. The hubs and triple clamps were done in clear cerakote after vapor blasting.
