It’s down to a two horse race, but I don’t think we’re at a point that Chase can be counted out.
We are very close to the point he has to win out or count on a Webb bike issue to catch Webb.
Webb’ll win it. He’ll win every race this year. Sexton’ll get 3rd or 4th. He’ll crash out and have to come from behind in a couple of races. He won’t win another SX this season (lead a couple and crash while leading).

Coop hates to lose, but he also knows, the big win IS that 3rd title.
I keep going back to a couple seasons ago at the pre-season presser and they stuck the 2X champ in the back row. When they finally got to him... The first words out of his mouth were. "Haven't you heard, I'm washed up". It was then, I knew we were in for a show and he hasn't disappointed the last few years.

I completely disagree. Coop won, Sexton finished 3rd. That was a 5 point swing, extending Webb’s lead to 15 points.
Sexton has the speed to win every race he enters. All it takes is CW to have a couple bad starts, run-ins with lappers, whatever… and Sexton is right back in it. We’re just at the halfway point of the season. Sexton doesn’t need to win out or a mechanical issue to be right back in it.
In 2017, Dungey had a 25 point lead on Tomac after round 8… and we all remember how that season ended. Tomac didn’t win out and Dungey didn’t have a mechanical, either.
One bad night, its a 3 horse race.

Gotta give Coop the greatest likelihood of taking it home, but still lots of racing left. Webb will definitely go into championship management mode at some point, so I still think Chase gets another win or two. Same for Kenny. Might even see Justin Cooper get his first W - he was impressive last night. Eli will be back by Denver round, so stamp that. All that said, it just takes one bad race or injury like what happened to Eli a few years ago and its back to being up in the air. One bad crash on a start, a broken chain, flat tire, freak run in with a couple of lappers, etc. Lots can happen, so too early to stamp it.
The only two certainties are death and taxes. Anything can happen. I’m a Coop fan but a lot can happen in 8 rounds. Besides, the season just started last week (Daytoner!). 😉
