Yessir, since ‘93. The last organization of its size / type that is still 100% family-owned.

I don't get the hate, I think the Thor kits this year have been kind of cool. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I’m with you 100%. I actually thought the Thor team gear looked pretty badass this year and I’m 43.

Guys whining about the clothing that is worn by other dudes while racing moto is comical

If you have to ask, that means we’re doing it right. You see, there are two types of people ‘round here. Those who have beat the “bring back the 2007 Reed gear” horse to death, and those who follow along with modern media and look toward the future.

That’s more of a Fall look, will have to release it in August before the weather cools here. Plus, makes for a sweet Christmas present!

It looks like Pit Viper gear. And that's not a good thing. 90s Thor was prime

Two things that are more certain than sunrise and sunset.

Vital will hate whoever the commentators are for SX and MX.

Vital will hate whatever the riders wear. Remember the outrage when they brought out the onesie/jump suit thing a couple years ago?

So, one of your 'models' is, what, a videographer? Is ML going to be your next 'model'? Or perhaps, shudder to think, Keefer?

I guess if you want to use people who aren't top supercross/motocross racers in your promotions that's up to you.

Ugh, Keefer is in too deep with another brand, but he’d be pretty epic to work with, his knowledge is unreal.

Who says we don’t use top racers in our promotions? Man, you really aren’t paying attention, are you? We pay riders and teams way, WAY too much to not make their presence a top priority in our media output.

Thanks for the update.  I realise you use top riders in your promotion, I just didn't realise you were also using unknown 'influencers' with weird hairdos.

I follow the sport pretty closely and have never heard of Medium Boy. Perhaps there's a demographic that knows who he is?

Ah that’s totally fair; he’s a local kid with a pretty big influence in the social space. Beyond that, a helloffa nice guy and truly great to work with.

I know you follow the sport closely, your sh@t talking is so good it makes me spit my beer out often 😂

I am sure I'm in the minority but I think a version of retro gear based on this line would be cool

I just wanna say thanks for making gear that isn't scared to be different. I'm so tired of the same old slap a logo on the front, have 1-2 colors on it and calling it a day.

You guys make gear that I actually want to wear. It probably won't appeal to a lot of older fellas, but thats why they have Fly, FXR, and Fasthouse.

Keep doing your thing, noticing a lot of younger people wearing it, its working.

Thanks a lot, that’s really appreciated. I’ve said this before in here, people are creatures of habit and we certainly will never ask anyone to change their particular taste, we just need to keep moving forward, stay current if we can and evolve like any good brand would 🤙

THOR's designers seem to be obsessed with the crotch area

Honorable mention here goes to Sexton - his crotch area obsession on the starting gate is noteworthy.  He plays as much ball in a few mins on the gate as Kobe does in a season.  I guess in hindsight, he is doing what makes him comfortable without giving a fuck, I should be giving him credit.

Are we not allowed to have some fun? We rolled out a classic Patriot kit last week, why are we judged by the on-trend one off pieces that we throw out at random, and sell out faster than we can make them?

Is continuing to grow and sell in a global market considered “demise/collapse”? Weird choice of words.

Where is the Patriot kit made?

It looked better on the Star guys than the others. The Pepto pink and highlighter yellow clashed violently with the Red Bull KTM colors. No wonder Plessinger rode by the merch trailer on the way to the podium and grabbed an Earnhart t-shirt.

This forum (and sport for that matter) isn’t exactly known for being synonymous with top tier design.  I’m a full time artist myself, and some gear companies do a pretty ok job for the most part but this sport is making gear for an audience of middle class straight men between the age of 12-50.  Historically that audience has the least sensible eye for fashion.  The bar is not that high in our sport for visual appeal when there are huge logos with a million colors slapped everywhere to begin with.  Also, the target demographic doesn’t have the bar that high and are dressed by their wives.

The Thor brown and aqua are actually complimentary colors, but the value of the 2 colors ended up being slightly different so they didn’t exactly “match” to the eye.  I think personally a slightly darker brown pant and slightly lighter aqua jersey would’ve hit visually. Also, this highlighter pink, safety yellow/green trend happened in Nike years ago, trickled into smaller exercise fashion and is now happening in motocross 10 years too late.

The brown/aqua gear desaturated to see the valueIMG 9682

We've got a few matching in the current collection, and nine more in the August drop that are pure match-ups. We got you 😉

It would be nice if there were more combos available with today's gear. By that I mean pants that work with more than one jersey, and jersey that works with more than one pair of pants. You could have 4 different looks with 2 jerseys and 2 pants. Seems like FXR has been the only brand to try something like this. Maybe it didn't work well sales wise for them.
