Getting myself to cook. I'm good enough to impress dates but when I'm on my own I will literally wait until I'm hangry enough to eat peanut butter straight out of the jar and call it a balanced part of this good breakfast.

Counting in my head. Had a job once where I had to box up some products - 100 per box - and I regularly had to empty it out and start over because I'd realize I got flipped around.

Cleaning my car. Clean room? Check. Clean kitchen? Check. Car? Pure frontal lobe disaster. It's like my ADHD has set up a Maginot line and is defending it to the last man.

Maintaining good posture on the drums at gigs. In the practice room I am aligned with gravity. A zen monk who's spine is stacked like a rock cairn, perfectly balanced and flowing like water. But the second a crowd gets me hype or a jam gets hyped up I transform into a rock n' roll gremlin and hunch over like fucking Smeagol from lord of the rings.

Taking that last one into consideration: my upper back health lol.

Hmmm...

Yes, a spoon full of peanut butter is my quick go to also. No cooking, meal prep takes as long as getting a spoon out of the drawer and opening the pantry door and unscrewing lid. Very satisfying and filling. Problem is when I go back in for a 2nd spoon full, treating the skippy jar like a bowl of ice cream.

I have a designated dog hauling rig. I know when I start sneezing all the time its time to vacuum up the one inch of dog hair that has accumulated

How do you get downvoted on that?

I learned a long time ago...it's not the content.....it's the poster.   Me.       There is a band of emotionally stunted crybabies who follow me around and downvote pretty much everything I post.      Good, bad, funny, factual....it doesn't matter.

I actually look at it as a bonus.... 🤣

I've noticed this a lot and have been baffled by it. There have been threads where people (sometimes me) who said basically the same thing as you have up votes but you've got a bunch of down votes. It's bizarre.

I get some of it....being very opinionated and a smart ass is bound to ruffle some feathers.   Just like the "real" world, some people get you, some don't.    I don't lose any sleep over it.

...but the positive/nice/factual posts getting downvoted is just hilarious.   Pretty easy to spot who they are.....       I have to admit, I take a bit of joy that I've affected these weenies so deeply.   🤣    Could that be considered a weakness?  😁

Please expound on being opinionated and a smart ass as I cannot relate to those things at all but I’m willing to learn. 🤣

Real world limitations?

Math and composition. I can speak fairly well and do okay speaking in public but my composition is like word salad. I used to have to write performance evaluations and never felt like I was able to give my crews their due.

I can do basic math calculations, area, some volume, fraction and percentages in my head. Anything algebra, geometry etc. and I'm done.

As a person or behavioral or whatever, the list would go on and on.

Chips & Salsa. I could eat chips & salsa every day of the week and never get tired of it

That's a strength, my friend. It becomes a strength at the exact moment people's comments about you change from, "Hey that guy's eating a lot of chips and salsa" to, "Hey, that guy can eat A LOT of chips and salsa!"

Going fast and far into the never-never... Yes, it’s a weakness…maybe even an addiction.

Strengths:

1) I have a very good memory.  I don't think I'd call it "photographic"...but...I can memorize paragraphs with only reading them 2 or three times, and then remember them for decades.

2) Go-Karts...every time I've been to any go-kart racing place...I'm always the fastest person in the building, and usually posting the fastest time of the day/week. (I don't know who those dudes are with the fastest times ever....they've never been there with me before).  The young kids always laugh when a bald 44 year old smokes them...

3) I'm not judgmental...you do you...as long as you treat me with respect, we are good.

Weaknesses:

1) I'm kind of selfish...

2) I'm a very impatient driver...I'm getting better with age.

3) I'm a homebody...I'm not adventurous in the sense that I want to travel the world.  I'm perfectly content right here in my own bubble.

If you find yourself in DFW, check this out:  https://new.dallaskartingcomplex.com  Largest kart track in North America.  And home to some very quick hombres.

Was once in the “Top 50” of Superkarts at American Indoor Karting in Chesapeake, VA. There were some names like Blaney and Rudd on that list. Of course that was 20 years ago, so I’m sure to have lost some edge.

Have to come up there and try it some time.

Normally, I get kicked out of the amusement park gokarts for rough driving. Nine year old won’t let me by I’ll park his ass! 🤣
