Bold prediction. Throwing it out here. Triumph will win both 250 Championships.
Smith is only 2 points down and actually looks consistent this year. Deegan and Juju will lose points taking each other out.
Forkner is the fastest 250 rider on the East, if he can stay off the ground.
I’m here for it
Both are known to put the bike on the ground.
But yeah it's possible.
I'm here for it, but Smith and Forkner historically aren't what I'd call consistent. I'd be more inclined to pick Star or KTM if I were making bets on a manufacturer sweeping both coasts. (Deegan/Brown) (Beaumer/Vialle)
Vialle has about a 10% chance of winning.
Getting lucky two years in a row probably wont happen.

i can see this for sure. Id rather see Beaumer win the west title and Forkner win the East, but i could go for a Triumph sweep too
Forkner will out pace his coast, just needs to not out pace himself.
Respectfully....NOT a chance.
Last year, Vialle was crowned 250 East champion (after being put on the ground hard at the start of race 1 and finishing 18th), beating Deegan.
Then he got second behind the same Deegan in both the Outdoors and the SMX Cup.
That's a lot of luck, for just one guy, in one season, indeed.
I think they've both got a chance to win the title like anyone else and I think it would be rad if Triumph was able to do it!. But, they have a higher chance of injury or laying it on the ground. Past historical seasons shows they have a higher chance of injury than a title.
That’s a Bold Strategy Cotton!
I feel like everyone already forgot how good Vialle was in SX last year. He was straight up faster than Deegan when it mattered, and started in the same hole he did at the first round. His "meh" outdoor season might be tainting our memory.
It was going great until you mentioned Forkner.
Smith is a legit title contender, on speed , and the other things you mentioned.
You're out of your damn mind. He finished 18th at Round 1 and won the title.
If they stay off the ground I would not disagree.
The bike is good.
Re-watch Philadephia main which pretty much decided this title. And explain to us in more detail how lucky Tom got in that race compared to his title rival
Triumph will win ON both coasts, but both titles is a bold prediction.
Imagine if someone would have told you six or seven years ago that Smith and Forkner would win 250 titles in 2025 . . . each on a Triumph.
You said exactly what I was thinking and got downvoted for it. Hmmm, I guess we're both wrong.
Pit Row
I'd love to see it but I'm not as confident as you.
I’m down with that - Like both those guys…
I'd like to see it. I'd especially like to see Forkner have a great year and then head to the 450's. He could be a player.
I like bold predictions. I like it.
KTM seems the most likely to win both coasts. Just like Triumph it will take their only two riders winning which is not very likely.
Triumph has 3 riders on the East
Triumph has just one
Honestly, Forkner deserves a redemption arc. I genuinely hope he stays healthy this year.
Time to see if the PC curse is real or if it's just forkner.
There’s a lot of weird hype on Forkner around here.
You sir...and your prediction....
They are Regional Championships, not Coastal Championship's. Just sayin'...
