Where was Jett sitting last year after 4 rounds? 1 win and 3x average results isn’t too dissimilar to last year.

The only concern right now would be his injury. 

Maybe that they won't have to pay out so much bonus money this year? just kidding, HRC has plenty to throw around I am sure.

Jett isn't even that far out of first.  He is the fastest raw speed person in the class.  I don't think the results are as concerning as the knee injury to them.  

After four rounds in 2024, JR was in third place.

Freak thing with Jett last night. He was in position to win. Where should Hunter be? He's a good number two rider on the team. Chase, Eli, Jett, Kenny, Webb, Anderson, they're all better than him. I've never seen him as a real title threat. Podium on a good night where the circumstances allow it. He's right where he should be.

Jo won round one and I’m sure they were very excited about that. Jett won last week and they had to be excited about that. As Tumic said, it’s racing. I’m more concerned with the Blu cru. But it’s coming.  

Last year after round 4 they were 4th and 11th.

Average guy and make a decent living, I am on the fence of buying a new moto this summer. Honda is and always will be a top choice in my purchase decision. It's a brand I can trust and while i'd love to see it always on top in racing, the brand is trusted and in high equity to me. Shit happens in racing, Honda is great.

It's racing the teams know there are variables in it and shit happens, they would be happy where Jo is considering his hand and also Hunter being top 10 in a stacked class and Jett still in with a possibility,

Racing is Racing, same thing could happen to Chase or Eli yet, we never know.

So Chase lucked into his first sx title but if he beats Eli this time, it's still luck? Who's required to be out there to earn the title, let us all know. Every title is earned at the highest level of the sport. Knock it off

Ktm needs this title. I predict there will be threads claiming it's rigged and scripted if that happens. 

New bike for supercross. It worked pretty good outdoors but that apparently didn’t translate to indoors. Keep Jett and Hunter and add another year of testing and it will get worked out. Plus, I heard Trey Canard had an injury this summer. He’s been doing the brunt of Honda’s testing to get bikes fast, then the bike goes to individual riders to dial it in for their own preferences. It’s a very important and under appreciated role. So, if Canard is off the bike, Jett and Hunter are probably a little behind in testing. 

He just needs to show he could have beat peak Stew and Ricky if he doesn’t want an asterisk next to his titles. It’s simply the same standard all the top guys are held to.  

I noticed your from GB.  You wouldn't happen to know a guy who cleans boots do you? 

Jett's only 13 points back with 13 races to go. Chances are he podiums/wins Glendale if he doesn't dab his foot, which all other results considered put him 2 points out of the red plate if he won?

Agree with the commentary - Jett can ride through imperfections on the bike, where Hunter isn't on that level. I'm a Hunter guy and want to say he "lucked" into that 5th this past weekend thanks to his starts. His raw pace just isn't there at the moment.

All things considered (bikes, injuries, politics) its definitely a rougher start to the season than I'm sure anyone at HRC anticipated, but we're only 4 weeks in.

Disclaimer:  Sucks bad Jett got hurt.    Just one season, I'd like to see the all the top guys get through without injury.     Sad fact of this sport, it will never happen.

The only thing HRC is thinking about right now is round 5. It's still early in a championship that they still have a legitimate shot at winning. They are a top tier team in a professional sport looking at it from a professional perspective, meaning on to the next race to make up points. In no way is a team worried or re-thinking things when they are still in the hunt
