but how come everyone is so sure RV is going to stay with kawasaki, i mean obviously kawasaki will offer him huge money but whats to say one of the other teams wont offer him more?

In the recent TWMX with the long Reed interview he basically said the team doesn't do anything really. They aren't allowed to touch his bikes at all. His bikes are 100% factory built and maintained. The team is largely ceremonial.
They got an ass reaming from McCarty for that and they aren't allowed to use it anymore. That's why they didn't use it at the des nations. They did however run something else on the rear shock at the des nations, langston (being the new national champ) saw it and whined because he didn't have it and was forced to take THAT off as well. They can't run shit without the approval of McCarty and Perry.
Reed doesn't own a zip-ty in that team...
