This. Keep in mind, neither the Lawrence’s nor Wasserman posted the news. They sent press releases and the media posted it. Seems like a minor difference, but it’s not. Press releases to established media is the legitimate approach. Mirtl responding directly on IG (without spellcheck, at that) was not the professional way to rebut.

Claiming he has no idea where the claims are coming from is not helping his cause. It's not believable at all. Even if the claims are way off he should at least be smart enough to know where the confusion is coming from. Surely he was asked something in the past two weeks to give indication of where the questions are being asked. He's full of shit and too arrogant to know when to shut up.
If what he said on Pulp is correct, WMG is going to owe him a pile of cash. If that happens, we will never know though. I have no opinion one way or the other, but don't talk shit in this thread until you listen the interview. You're way too hung up on the "public" part. Whether you like, or agree with it or not, there's nothing illegal about the Lawrences or Wasserman putting out press releases to a member of the moto media saying Myrtl doesn't work for either of them any more.

For some reason a few people in this thread just can't fathom how an entity with $1B in revenue doesn't just release emotional statements without HARD evidence lol.
Agree. If the evidence they found wasn’t pretty damning I feel like they would have suspended him or brushed it under the rug but to fire him the way they did seems like they had to have him dead to rights. Even if your totally justified, if it’s not a slam dunk it might still cost you a bunch of money in court.
