I think a lot of you people need to take a step back when being so critical of our commentators. I, too, am addicted to my phone! But I know when it’s not cool to sit on it in front of people in my day-to-day life let alone a press conference where you’re on camera. The other riders don’t do it that I’ve ever seen

That’s a kid with zero consequences for his actions. He can do, say, act how he wants and no one will pull him in line. His sponsors are bigger than him. You would hope someone from above calls him out on his shitty behaviour when it’s necessary.
