Supercross is WWE on bikes, always has been and Deegan is going to be one of the great stars, like Hulk Hogan.

I'll take homeschooled kids over  what the pussified/indoctrinated public school system produces any day....        Not a chance I would put my kid in the poison public schools system these days.

As for last night's interviews: I have no dog in the fight as I don't know any of the riders but HD seems to speak about average for people his age around here...

I'd give RC a pass if they get rid of Will. I'm amazed by the amount of lengthy, drivel driven openings she gets in a live broadcast totally talking over from the race announcers calling the action. 

Over the last several years, I just mute when she's blathering her useless drivel....

bravado in this sport has become increasingly rare and sorely missed. I love how Deegan is on the podium as well as his general attitude. we’ve been needing this for a long while. clueless why any fan of motocross would feel different. 

Some of you guys bitch and moan when racers are so tight lipped and say almost nothing. Now, we have a kid...a friggin phenom, that makes the sport better, WAYYY more exciting, puts eyes on the sport and butts in the seats and speaks his mind. And we complain he's a poor speaker or complain he's too cocky. Face it guys, he says what we all have wanted racers to say. Stop complaining and start praising this kid. He's really good. 

His speeches and results is why he has twice the fan base of any other rider. Hard to tell him he is wrong, he just calls it like it is, Bob Hannah style

Bob back in his day would've brought a lot of the Internet-Karen's out of the woodwork... ,that's for sure. 

Holy shit....   Hannah coming into the world of moto today would trigger complete debilitating mental breakdowns making the Deegan effect look like childs play. 🤣

I attended 3 high schools, followed immediately by USMC boot camp.

26-27 years ago this is exactly how 17-20 year olds acted in each and every environment unless addressing a teacher, DI, etc.

WTF are you people even on? Do you come from a different planet or something where kids all walk around giving "work harder this week, give 100%" monotone speeches?

Love to see half the people on this thread speak even once into a mic with a camera shoved in their face right in the middle of their work-day....

Good post.  I've honestly seen some of the biggest EGO's I've ever witnessed in my life from guys who had just freshly graduated from MCRD.   Highly confident,arrogant and motivated.
