If Deegan wasn’t interviewed there would have been plenty of bitching about why he wasn’t. Probably by the same people who bitched because he was. I’m seeing a trend here. Lol

Missed opportunity for Deegs, he shoulda been eating a donut during his post race interview. Bryan is asleep at the wheel!

That’s not their brand, it’s jetts.

You've misunderstood COP's post.

Needs to stop. It's called a podium interview. If you don't land on the podium, you don't get that TV time and recognition.

If they could 2-3 riders in that had hectic races it would be great.

"oh I had the best race of my life and it would not be possible without my great team" is the last thing I want to hear.

Put Ferrandis there.

EXACTLY, it should be like F1 where everyone gets interviewed (championship contenders).  I want to hear what Jett/Tomac/Webb had to say just as much I did with Chase, Kenny, and Ando.

This is the most ridiculous bitch I’ve seen. Interview the top three guys first, they’ve certainly earned it. There is no reason to not interview other big names who had “interesting” races. The fans, myself included want to hear what they’re thinking while still sort of in the moment. And for the record Deegans interview after the race was probably one of the most decent ones he’s ever had. He’ll most likely piss me off next time he opens his mouth but at least last night he congratulated his competitors like a normal human.

If you have the opportunity to hear from riders of significance after the race I don’t know why you wouldn’t want to do that? I would have liked to have heard an interview with Jett after the race to understand what the hell happened.

If anything I think those interviews would be more useful and interesting than the podium interviews

I just can’t imagine a scenario where someone would be sitting at home irate because they’ve heard too much information about the race, but here we are

I was about to say the same thing. "This is bullshit! I did NOT want to know more about what happened straight from the rider!"

I wish they had a few extra cameras out after the race to catch all the post race interviews the various Podcasters do on film for the post race show. I wanna hear from everyone!

It’s called journalism. It’s where a journalist actually provides additional information and content on the main event.  More eyes are on the 250 races than ever because of Deegan. Why didn’t you just title this thread “I didn’t like that they interviewed Deegan“.Jesus.

If there’s time remaining in the designated slot, they have to fill it with something. Getting other racers and their sponsors in front of the camera can only be good.
