Decided pretty late to buy a Strider and rocking base for my little one for Christmas, it'll be her first bike! Of course I had to get a number plate and graphics for it to complete the package. I placed the order for the Strider late on a Sunday night, then ventured over to the DecalWorks site to get a number plate made up for it. I could not find any specific option for the Strider number plate on the site so I sent an email inquiring if they had any options for that. Went to bed, then the next morning at work I get a phone call from Drake at DecalWorks. He said they got my email and said they would absolutely be able to help me, he gave me detailed instructions on how to make what I wanted from their website, save it to my cart, and they'd take care of the rest. Drake called me back to confirm options, collected payment and shipping info, and that a proof would be heading my way soon for approval. Got the proof, everything looked great, hit approve, and it showed up at my doorstep the day he said it would. Installed in 5 minutes, came out great. Excellent customer service all around! Just figured I'd give them some recognition and positive vibes to counteract all the bad customer service experiences people post about from other vendors/retailers in the industry.

Over the years as I’ve been involved in helping racers out, Decal Works has alway “been there” with product and even financial support…and they’ve alway been a very strong supporter of “real privateers”.
Decal Works is a great company that’s staffed with amazing people.
We are 45 min down the highway from them. They support our local racing like you see posted here on this thread. They have been doing it a long LONG time, and they are very good at what they do. It's so close for us that they get stuff done we simply drive up and pick it up!
