If your like me and you haven't quite adjusted to the "tile" style layout they moved too, I thought I'd share a simple tip that can make things look more traditional and place the new stuff right at the top.
Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but I'm sure there are some people who have overlooked it.
One the main page, just look for these icons - in this case the features
After you select that, your format will be more reader friendly.
Hope this helps someone out.

I figured they switched the layout so it was harder to find the articles so it got more eyes on the adverts for longer.
I don't go there nearly as much.

Yeah I was on there a lot before, and now almost never. The new layout truly sucks.
I also used to frequent that site, have no5 been there in a long time….EJ used to pen some good articles but I think all the good stories have been told….this site is much more challenging with a screen that dances all around and spell check that is never right👌

The new layout is horrible. I don’t even like going there anymore. It’s a shame.
Wow. Glad to see I'm not the only one that hates the new format. It's really bad and even worse when viewing from the phone. I was gonna come on here and bitch about it but you beat me to it.

I used to visit it daily. Since the update... once every couple of weeks. It's such a cluttered mess, I don't have the patience to find the articles I'm looking for.

I agree with everyone else here, I basically have stopped visiting the site. It’s too busy and just a jumbled mess.

Yep, this was the motivation to post the "work-around", if you want to call it that. Since I've figured out that makes things easier, I dont even bother wasting time on the front page.
Just feel that Racer X has too many good articles and staffs the majority of the best people who cover the races to ditch it entirely.
I think most everyone appreciates the tip. That's not the issue. It does help....but their website interaction style is a far cry from what it was. If they were smart, they'd go back.

I’d be curious to know what the logic behind making this change was. The new layout is huge step backwards to put in nicely.
It used to be my go-to site and now I rarely visit.
Wouldn’t be a surprise if their traffic has decreased since the change.

Oh? I didn't realize I was going to trigger anyone. I happen to be buddies with a few dudes over there and really like their vibe. I feel like Vital has improved significantly since the management change here.

Thanks. The new layout sucks. I moved it from first to last on my visit list and many times just pass it up.
Sure beats the old days when we had to call in to get race results. There are several outlets and pods to choose from. If kTM wasn’t struggling and tracks closing everywhere one would believe the sport to be healthy and thriving. I’m not sure how the ever expanding media, coaching, training continues to grow as the racing shrinks? Sooner or later there will have to come a reckoning.
The new layout BLOWS. I don’t even visit the site anymore. More clicks for vital!
I am anything but a media expert, however the placement of articles makes me think that there is some advertising psychology being used as the mapping for the new layout. I would say that use of the site has dropped 50% on most days.
