I’ve found the usual Husqy white, black and stock orange. Obviously red GASGAS plastics would work too, but is there any yellow plastics available that anyone is aware of? I like the look of Suzuki’s but everyone is talking me out of Suzuki because of reasons and I like the 350 engine better than the 250F so I was hoping to make a yellow KTM or GASGAS. I guess I could go white or black plastics and cover them with yellow graphics and maybe even try to dye the white plastics before covering them. The usual orange and black scheme is kind of played out to me and makes the bike kind of look like a jack-o-lantern haha. (no offense if you love the orange brigade look)

My cousin has these on his KTM. Not sure where he got them but SKDA did the graphics.
Yes, I owned 5 of suzukis. Great bikes, crap clutches xompared to the ktms 😀
KTM sells the blue plastics. That bike looks great. Would look even better with blue hubs. 😃
I’m not sure that the KTM / Husky / GasGas plastics are interchangeable.
R-Tech makes a set of yellow plastics, but they aren’t Suzuki yellow

I think the orange hubs are a nice contrast and he switches back to orange plastics sometimes.
That’s what I thought but I wasn’t sure. I saw a bike for sale at AEO (Murrieta) currently that has them on it.
Ya I wouldn’t know but those are cool, it’s like a flo yellow. Might just go black and cover em.

This reminds me, has anybody else noticed the usual aftermarket plastic companies not selling plastic parts for the new-gen KTM/Huskys? Did KTM find a way to keep their body parts from being replicated? I've looked for stuff for my 2023 FC 350 and nothing on Acerbis, Cycra, Polisport websites for 2 years now.

If you could talk a minimum of 50 friends into buying a set of plastic in Suzuki yellow you might be able to do a limited run. I'm not sure of the cost. But that was the smallest run I was told I could do a couple years ago by UFO or r tech. I don't remember which one. It's possible, but expensive do. There are other costs factored in to it too. At the time I was just finding out what was possible, if I was willing to pay .
One of the best looking bikes I've seen in a while. Started me looking for blue plastics for my 21 XCF350 and I'm getting nowhere.
His was a ‘23 so they’re prob for ‘23 and newer bikes.
Good question. Pretty sure it would have to be a custom job to make a different color than orange blue black or white. Surely there is a company out there who does it.
I'm sure we could scrape up enough numbers to get the minimum for a production run, put Travis Pastrana down for a few sets
I’d just go black and have BYD do yellow graphics but since this post I have gone a different route. I got a 2019 KTM 450 SX-F and went flo orange instead of the stock orange. It looks awesome idk why they discontinued it for ‘23 and newer bikes. Haven’t done graphics yet I’m going to talk to BYD tomorrow when I go to Fox.

Where did you get the Flo-yellow plastic?
You could paint the plastic. It would probably flake off at some point, but you could find some extra plastic, sand it down real good and paint it and put a clear coat on it. I did this on my YZ (shrouds and rear fender - no chipping or flaking)
But, the OEMs have used different colored plastics here and there. I’m pretty sure other teams have as well.
A lot of people would pay good money to have different colored plastic, especially flo colors 😎
*who is BYD?
R-tech, and Polisport have them for that generation bike. I think R-tech has them in flo yellow for the 23 KTM's too . I know they have the OE colors , black and grey.
