Lawyers in these cases are almost always paid by percent of payout after expenses (expert witnesses, etc, not lawyers hours) so the bulk of the payout still goes to the family. If the 750k number is right I'm guessing family took around 400k. Wonder if they think that was worth it now? Not going to hang them for it but probably won't be buying their goggles.

Had to post this for Don, Cooksey was right. Don is just as bad as him with swearing, name calling, and strong opinions. Those are some reasons I don't really care for the guy but ill admit he does get the scoop a lot of the time. People shouldn't let their bias and hate for someone get in the way of looking for the truth.

One question that has not been brought up.... Why didn't the track correct the potential issue? They were notified by a "non-Karen" and committed to correct the situation. Just curious, I acknowledge we will probably never know the answer.

Anyone have pics/video of this particular hill/corner?
I asked somebody to show what corner it is on the other thread . I posted a satellite image from 2017. Sometimes the dates on the Google earth stuff is off . so hopefully somebody who knows the place well can show everybody where on the track the corner is. Then it might be easier for people to find more images and or video. Try looking at the thread with the statement from Rich. There are some videos posted that show the corner. I have not had time to watch and figure out where the corner is on the airial view yet , hopefully somebody will.
