With a ACL the first round shouldn’t be in danger right?

From what I’ve heard it’s a bit more serious. 5-8 months out

Yeah if his meniscus, cartilage is screwed it could be a career defining injury. I've not enough info to say what his recovery time will be. The fact that he doesn't communicate makes it all feel like, maybe end of it all? How many times do you wanne get up after you're  being knocked down

You know he didn’t even crash. Just a incident where his feet came off the pegs, nothing crazy.

Haarup possibly racing/developing the Triumph 450 with the help of Standing Construct before riding for the factory team in 2026.

Some rumours going around that Herlings his knee injury (sustained at Valkenswaard race with Kay de Wolf) is more serious then expected. Could be missing first few rounds - or a big part - of the 2025 season. Hopefully this isn’t true

Would be a big blow for the series, with Prado going to the US and JH being out before it even starts.

If this is true, it’s makes allot sense why they put Coenen on a 450 for next year….

Coenen was committed to 450s before MXON.

Marc-Antoine Rossi coached by Joel Smets will be a deadly combinaison. Don't be surprised to see the kid winning GP's once he'll be 100% dialed (he had a ACL surgery and is just back on the bike) by mid-season. Best talent France had for a very long time. Incredibly smooth also. And one more rider who wants to go to the USA ASAP.

Rossi coached by Smets will be a better version of himself, that's for sure!

100%.
Still remember him leading 95% of moto 1 argentina this year. Still finished 4th despite multiple crashes.

I will come with a hot take, Rossi beats Langenfelder next year.

That’s not difficult at all, don’t get me wrong, langenfelder is good, but he hasn’t show that ‘extra’ what some other guys have.

lol I can think of at least 2 other motos he’s won with injuries. Broken foot on the site lap at one round. Then he got landed on broke his shoulder & still won that moto.

Yeah he gets hurt a lot but doesn’t seem to be a bitch. Buddy is built different if he can go out there & win with broken bones. I don’t know anybody else id put up that could do that.

Words in the Paris SX pits is that Jeffrey is indeed hurt and took time to decide getting the operation or not. And he finally did. Rumours on who's gonna get his bike until he returns are already spreading.

So, who will be the fill-in rider for KTM in MXGP category?

Guillod? Paturel? Toendel? Pancar?...

🤔

Pancar would be a good option IMO.

Would have been a great spot for Forato but i think he signed for Motoblouz? Is Haarup signed?

Guillod would be a good get if you want to have someone who will always be around p10

Haarup will ride a 450 Triumph with the support of Standing Construct. (Not confirmed yet)

Guillod on a full winter prep with Smets could be something big…

It depends on what your definition is but i don't see 'something big' on the cards for Guillod.

Having said that from all the available options he is the only one i can think of who is a consistent top 10 finisher. In 50% of his motos he scored a top 10 finish in '24. On a factory KTM with decent prep he should be able to replicate and possibly slightly improve that.

I imagine that the length of the deal is important as well, if it is a fill in role for 4 GPs it might not be that attractive for many options (rather go for a full season deal with a small team maybe).

Total out of the blue maybe, but would Musquin be an option for a couple of GP's untill Herlings is back?
