Tomac's seat cover

Hello you bunch of savages, I'm doing a build of a Yamaha BW100 scooter and am wanting to copy Tomac's Yamaha 450.

I've been searching for some decent pictures (top view and side view) of Eli's seat cover. Anyone got any close ups?

I'm wanting NITHRONE in South Africa to make me up a custom seat cover for the scooter and want it to look likes Tomac's unit.

I've just bumped my scooter motor up from 100cc to 126cc using a Malossi Kit. and also threw in a Malossi clutch kit and Veriator.

All I need to do now is run the thing in but want to finish all the graphics etc before doing so..

Thank you and appreciated.

Yeah, his mechanic slipped, single strand cuts through the grip, he needs to twist it double then lock it on straight...

What happened to the Renthal Kevlar grips with the waffle removed? I thought those were a Eli Tomac necessity.

I understand what yall are talking about because it drives me nuts too.

But yall would laugh at how particular some of these riders are with their grips. so the way Jelly wired the grips, leads me to beleve that Eli likes the single wire feel and maybe offset directions as well.

I know barcia likes a half waffle renthal grip with the waffle cut off if that makes any sence.

I think d’cor still makes his stuff. You could reach out to them. They probably have the exact seat pattern.

And i believe forkner likes every other waffle removed. I don’t blame them for liking what they like, my hands are picky too and im slow as shit

Here is the old girl. The thing looks mellow but is actually a rocket.

This weekend I'll be working on pimping it..

D'Cor does indeed make the Star Racing graphics and seat covers, but I really doubt they have a cover pattern for a Zuma scooter. Boom could always try for a custom, though.

Thanks guys, I'll be posting progrss  picks and no disrespect Intended to the fellas from bike builds..

Have a awesome weekend ya all...

That's awesome broo...we do breakfast runs here on our scootazz...turns into a race everytime.

My build has me confident that I have the fastest 100cc (126 kit) in South Africa..the drive unit is also high end...over and above the Malossi kit I tickled the ports myself, bored the carb with love..this thing is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

My only concern is reliability...I need the thing to last at least 10 thou K's...if it's blows before then I'll have a good map for the next project.

Mine is just a cheap China made four stroke 50cc.  I have put a cheap 72cc cylinder, piston, head, valves and cams on it. About 2500 miles on that cheap big bore kit and under $125 in parts.  On flat ground will hit 45 without a bitch on back.  Wish it was a two stroke, would be much faster just stock than this slow turd.

I can only dream about that pipe.

My scooter has me on my knees financially. I bought it for R27k, spent another 7k on tyres, throttle cables, brakes etc and then a month later the motor blew up...

So far I'm in for about 50k. ($2600)

My stock pipe will have to do for now...

Nithrone here by me has the pattern, I just need to sit with Eric and show him Tomac's seat and he can figuer the rest out.

I know what you're talking about man, well, little by little, maybe one day.

These exhausts are very appreciated by the small 2 stroke engines.✌️

In Europe, around 150€ ...for you, must add shipping, taxes and customs .
