Nothing screams “I breathe through my nose!” like a post like this.

Opinions can absolutely be wrong. If your opinion is the earth is flat, that is wrong. If your opinion is the moon landing was faked, that is wrong. The whole vaccine thing, I had a coworker who was 100% convinced the covid vaccine made your blood magnetic. That is a very wrong opinion, and when I held a magnet to my skin, he still didn't believe me.

Your perspective on flat earth, the moon landing, and the vaccine is your perspective. Nothing more, nothing less.

I was typing a reply, but I'm gonna draw the line about arguing about flat earth and whether my blood actually contains oxygen in a moto forum. There's a race tonight man!

I hold space for your perspective to be valid, not right or wrong, and you see it as an argument. Hmm 🤔

Also, it’s not tonight man (for me)! That’s like your perspective man.

Opinions can quickly be proven wrong when they are presented as fact. Kooksey is doing this for money and notoriety.  He’s selling subscriptions, and opens his show asking people to subscribe to his channel to hopefully monetize it. Likes and views, notoriety … that’s exactly what it’s for and he is being found out.  The real eyes around here are seeing the real lies.

You are right,  a real heroes journey is more rewarding when it’s not projected outward, that’s why it’s so disturbing to see a guy going out of his way to outwardly project and tear down so many in this sport….  For his own notoriety and financial gain.  It’s not out of love for the sport, he’s not doing anything positive, he’s not exposing anything, he isn’t doing anyone a service . He’s creating drama and trying to capitalize on it with people who actually believe it.

Maybe some compassion would help.

To me, he seems like a guy who learned the world isn’t the same as how it was sold to him, he’s angry, he cares, and he doesn’t have the self awareness (yet) to see that the battle he is fighting is internal, not external. Not unlike many other there this day and age.

It’s also tougher to see when being in that state brings in cash and attention.

Welcome to the matrix.

I actually agree with this post.  However, it’s my opinion, that enough is wnough and at this point he needs help to get him back to reality.

You are welcome to your opinion.

That’s the beautiful thing about this reality. Balance is built in.

Some go further to the extremes than others before a course correction sets in.

Maybe for Kooksey, it takes the pain of sitting in a federal prison before the self reflection and healing starts to occur.

Our opinions on it are irrelevant.

It’s up to him.

One thing I do know is fact in this reality, when darkness gets hit with light, it gets less dark.

This is what happens when you can monetize having a "counterculture" opinion (aka, an opinion that is very stupid/wrong, therefore not being held by mainstream sources). Take up said opinion whether you truly believe it or not, and you'll get supporters who feel the need to be "in" on the secret. Refute all evidence as a conspiracy against you, and keep the anger/outrage levels high to keep people going to your cause/source of income and notoriety.

that he won't lay off kevin walker for the charge he caught under mixed circumstances, even after he's been rehabilitated (to the extent it was even necessary) is the real suspect thing to me. i get he's using it to bludgeon DC, but damn he makes a big deal about it. i think there could be some projection there. i.e. the one's that cry the loudest are usually the most likely to hate themselves for the same tendencies. that or he just had a really bad childhood, which is also very possible.

Look who just left me a voicemail…

“You little fucking bitch Dude, that video clip I got was off of Twitter Was not vital mix and I used minor portions fair use act So Yeah Just so you know, I'm fighting it And I cannot wait to run into you…”

He used our/Vital MX’s Sexton interview in one of his latest videos without permission and went over the amount of time usually considered fair use, so I asked YouTube to take the video down. After a 24 hour review, they sided with us and took it down.

Not to me.

It’s simply your opinion and it has no bearing on what is true for me.

I am happy to poke holes in your beliefs, as well as show you how your beliefs create your reality, but that doesn’t make them wrong (or mine right).

Believe what you want.

It’s neither right or wrong. It just is.

Makes me feel like I am reading a text from my dad and I’m starting to wonder if he thinks I’m a little bitch.

Ok, now I legitimately want to understand your stance. I'll use the example I provided with my coworker. One day he said that he saw a video that showed magnets sticking to people's skin who'd gotten the covid vaccine, and that the vaccine had made their blood magnetic. I'd just gotten the shot that month, and had a magnet in my hand at that very moment. Held it up to my wrist, nothing happened. Does that not prove that my blood wasn't somehow magnetic? Does proof of anything exist in your perception of the world?

Yeah - he did one video on concussion awareness well over a year ago that was alright. But after that his stuff started sounding pretty dam wacky and has just gotten ridiculous.

For me, the logical conclusion I have come to is to not believe anything that has not been a direct experience of mine.

And those beliefs are not absolutes.

Better than the useless and delusional nonsense you've decided to bless us with recently in this thread. There IS an objective truth, the fact that makes you uneasy or whatever you want to call your defensive emotion is YOUR fault, not the people stating facts.

The sky is blue. Not an opinion. If my opinion was the sky is black, I'd be WRONG. See how that works?

Compassion should be given often and generously, but when that compassion is enabling a clearly delusional and borderline schizophrenic idiot, it's actually NOT compassion at all. It's actually quite cruel to let him keep continuing down this road without some sort of accountability.
