cooksey FBI

Why is threre always someone who wants to bring down motocross, in every country, no matter who runs it? Typically, the guy/group tries running his own series. Why doesn't Cooksey and his dad start up a series? Does this happen time after time in other sports or is it just moto?

This is the same lunatic behavior that needs to be addressed before something happens. We may all think it’s just a guy with a channel and a vendetta, but he’s obviously got a mental issue, who has now showed up to an event a day early to scout the area where he can get as close as possible while making up scenarios about cops shooting him.  He’s obviously looking for conflict, talked about guns, justifying his behavior….  This is serious and needs to be handled by the authorities quickly.  I’m going to get shit for this post, but what’s different then this guy and be dude at the golf course recently with the president? The absence of a gun? Take a step back and look at his big picture being painted.  We just gonna wait until he actually has a gun because he’s convinced the police are gonna shoot him first? He believes he’s doing something right, is getting attention which is fueling his mind.  The proof is right in front of us. He’s providing it. Live streaming his “scout”? Jesus he’s building a case against himself.  This is serious mental fixation. Get help dude and if you know him, talk to him.

We’ll said Regis!

This is what happens when you can monetize having a "counterculture" opinion (aka, an opinion that is very stupid/wrong, therefore not being held by mainstream sources). Take up said opinion whether you truly believe it or not, and you'll get supporters who feel the need to be "in" on the secret. Refute all evidence as a conspiracy against you, and keep the anger/outrage levels high to keep people going to your cause/source of income and notoriety.

I disagree.

Crazy is EVERYWHERE. It’s up to the individual to figure shit out.

The freedom to be right or wrong is one of the greatest reasons for being & the tolerance for such thinking seems to be dying a tragic death.

I agree with you, Regis. He needs mental help and I say that out of compassion. I hope he gets it and doesn’t hurt himself or anyone else.

I can't fathom the amount of hate towards one individual and 7 pages worth?

I came on here to see some lap times of Vegas, and a 7 pages shows up about this, and it's at the top of the moto related forum.

Holy Moly, he has his reasons, you know his agenda but the last I heard, it's a free country people.  The more you guys profess your hatred, of him,  the more it will fuel him.  Your just edging him on.

It’s not hate. It’s concern for someone with an obvious mental illness (imo) and watching it unfold on YouTube.

He puts a public video and people here are discussing it publicly. Did you even read the thread or did you just go straight to “All you guys are just haters”?

One thing I would like to know, because I see this comment all the time, is people saying “at least he’s talking about what the others refuse to!” Like what? Can someone tell at least one or two taboo topics that no one else will talk about or acknowledge?

Personally I am not hating him. I've tried to leave comments  and give him my opinion that toning down the hate and being more neutral would add to his credibility multiply times and places. And all of them were deleted or not responded to. His reporting about an issue between Mika and a track owner really helped the track owner out. I did not agree with the way he reported on the Rich Taylor deal. But I thought that he still may be able to do the good he claimed back then.

Up until this BS with him blaming others for his interaction in the comments I had hopes that he could still tone things down and perhaps do some good. But that was months ago at this point. I see some hate maybe a little more if   You read into some of the comments with a negative tone. I also see a lot of people that are concerned for his safety and well being.

He makes claims of the Coombs and Feld doing horrible things, but has not shown any proof or really said anything that would make a neutral person think he was on the correct side of things.  I can understand the "hate" towards him because of his public actions. He may "have his reasons" but to me they appear to be more of a personal vendetta and not the love for the sport that he claims is behind his ramblings.

Do You think that Feld and the Coombs sent the FBI to his house? And are trying to get him shot?  That they have the power to pretty much order a hit via the FBI ?    Just like the many many many hours of videos Cooksey has posted. All of us posters also have the same freedom to post and our own " reasons".

Well, I just don't get people piling on. I'm not hating on anyone

It was just my observation  a 7 pager about a YouTuber and stuff. I just came on to see lap times about the biggest payday in MX  and this is the  hot topic.

But you continue adding to it? Free speech goes both ways.

You're free to speak your mind, and everyone else is free to disagree and call you a complete idiot. I'm speaking of Cooksey, not you.

But to come on here and point fingers because YOU opened this thread, which has FBI in the title, and apparently expected something else is a bit odd. You were thinking you'd find lap times in this thread?

There are NO lap times being posted in the Kooksey FBI thread,  why did you click on it, better yet why did you comment.  Race Day live just started.  Lap times will be there.

This dude seems like he's having a schizophrenic episode and filming it.  No way the FBI gives two shits about him and his Youtube channel.

You made me re read what I wrote because I agree with you! I think you should be able to have whatever opinion you want, even if it's wrong. Trying to iron fist the truth just makes some people hold on to their potentially incorrect opinions even harder.

I'm just saying this is what happens when having such a glaringly wrong opinion becomes a lucrative career option. Not saying it should be banned somehow or censored, but this is the natural product of that.

I see that You joined in 2020 according to your info. By now You should know that it is common for threads to take on a life of their own and often take strange off track paths.

It started out being about 1 video, and now I think its 3 or so videos that are being talked about on here. So its grown along with the level of craziness that he has displayed.  Personally I've never heard of anybody involved in Moto , that has gone off the rails like this. So I feel it is a somewhat relative topic. And considering that its a page or 2 per video, its not overkill. And surprisingly has stayed on subject. A somewhat  unusual thing to happen on here. I've learned to expect the unexpected.

Yeah, I don’t think there’s too many people who begrudge Kooksey having an opinion. It’s his need to be so far over the top in his accusations that have been crazy, and when you throw in the less-than-veiled threats it becomes troublesome and borderline needing some sort of legal and psychological intervention.

Yea, that's also where I draw the line. Start alluding to violence like that, it's time to intervene.

Hey Michael, Why is this post even up? This Cooksey guy is no joke, he is mental. All this post does is add to his need for exposure and fuels his fire for more. A link to his YouTube site only makes the fools who support him believe that he really is somebody. You and I both know he is a wannabe Moto media guy and unless you support his cause there is no reason for his name to be mentioned on your pages. Even some of your members believe some of the things he is saying. For those of you that do believe some of his crap, I can tell you after being in this industry for a while now he is  talking out of his ass. If what he says were true, you would be reading statemensts from all the teams, riders, sponsors, and anybody else involved. If  things were so bad why are there thousands of kids and parents trying to break into the pro ranks? If things were so bad how come we can sell out most  stadiums 17 times a year? I wish I had a number for how much it takes to put on one Supercross or National. The amount of people imvovled is staggering, and none of them work for free. So before anybody else wants to jump all over Feld or MX Sporte, do some research first and see exactly what it takes to promote a nation wide race series. I say eliminate any posts with the Cooksey name in them, but you can  keep mine if you want. 😁

Moto media mafia circling the wagons once again.

Hope you realize that posts like this are why some of us agree with much of Cooksey’s message, despite the man delivering them.

I say eliminate any posts with the Cooksey name in them, but you can  keep mine if you want. 😁

I support this post whole heartedly.

freedom of speech does not mean others have to provide a platform for someone to spout lunacy.

Time to delete this topic, or at the least move it to the dumbgeon.

If people want to see what kookie has to say he is easy enough to find without youtube links being posted on rhe best dang moto forum there is.

And if people don’t want to see what he has to say, they can not click the thread/YouTube link.

But self accountability is much more challenging than telling others what to do.

You know an opinion cannot be wrong right?

And you know mainstream sources can have stupid ones right?

Counterculture balances out shitty programs being jammed into yours and my consciousness for the benefit of the controllers…aka culture.

Those who don’t truly believe what they are saying, or who are doing it for money/notoriety only, eventually get found out.

Real eyes realize real lies.

Crazy is EVERYWHERE. It’s up to the individual to figure shit out.

The freedom to be right or wrong is one of the greatest reasons for being & the tolerance for such thinking seems to be dying a tragic death.

I guess you don’t know.

Real eyes realize real lies.

I "realize" what I said isn't 100% foolproof, there have been conspiracy theories that have turned out to be true, but the line where you drift from feasible to lunacy is very, very blurry.

Opinions can absolutely be wrong. If your opinion is the earth is flat, that is wrong. If your opinion is the moon landing was faked, that is wrong. The whole vaccine thing, I had a coworker who was 100% convinced the covid vaccine made your blood magnetic. That is a very wrong opinion, and when I held a magnet to my skin, he still didn't believe me.

Opinions can quickly be proven wrong when they are presented as fact. Kooksey is doing this for money and notoriety.  He’s selling subscriptions, and opens his show asking people to subscribe to his channel to hopefully monetize it. Likes and views, notoriety … that’s exactly what it’s for and he is being found out.  The real eyes around here are seeing the real lies.

You are right,  a real heroes journey is more rewarding when it’s not projected outward, that’s why it’s so disturbing to see a guy going out of his way to outwardly project and tear down so many in this sport….  For his own notoriety and financial gain.  It’s not out of love for the sport, he’s not doing anything positive, he’s not exposing anything, he isn’t doing anyone a service . He’s creating drama and trying to capitalize on it with people who actually believe it.

At what point do we start calling them conspiracy facts? Or simply facts?

Your perspective on flat earth, the moon landing, and the vaccine is your perspective. Nothing more, nothing less.

Maybe some compassion would help.

To me, he seems like a guy who learned the world isn’t the same as how it was sold to him, he’s angry, he cares, and he doesn’t have the self awareness (yet) to see that the battle he is fighting is internal, not external. Not unlike many other there this day and age.

It’s also tougher to see when being in that state brings in cash and attention.

Welcome to the matrix.
