Webb is clutch and he is faster on a 250 imo. As successful as he's been on 450s he has always lacked the raw speed that he had on 250s. super weird.

if we could get rid of AP for tomac i would be much more excited.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how this team does . Coop on a 250 adds a level of intrigue.

Cooper Webb!!  I wasn’t a fan most of his career but the dude has won me over this year…and this is awesome!  Mad props to him for doing it.

Deegan…what a fu*#ing tool.  The problem with screws being removed excuse is there are too many racers, and people here, that have had that done and know it’s a non event.  Full recovery within a week…I was riding in 6 days after.   One bad story on here but that is one in a million bad experience.  He shouldn’t have used a doctor with a degree from Indonesia.

Team USA…I don’t care if Deegan wins every race on a 250 next year.  I don’t want that tool representing the USA when it is here and easy for him to say yes.  Can’t wait till he has some minor injury but he will then be willing to do it anyway.  Tool!

Current Team USA.  Go kick some ass.  I support this team 1000%.  Even though I love Eli…..AP earned that spot.  If he is healthy he should go.  If not?  970- is the area code…He will step up.

All the Deegan nut huggers have at it.  He’s an amazing rider but a fu*#ing tool.

Fact: Deegan delayed making an announcement on MXDN until after Eli had withdrawn.  Maybe that was just coincidence but given the well reported stories last year that Deegan would only attend if they could win it certainly looks suspicious.

He'll go because it's in the USA.

Now, the anti-Deegan nutjobs are turning into flag fascists, wanting authoritarian rule over who can and who can’t hold or wave an American flag all because rider you didn’t like to begin with isn’t going to a race.

At this point, you all look like big babies throwing a tantrum. Deegan isn’t going to the MXoN this year, get over it.

Calm down Marissa.  No one says Deegan can't wave an American flag. For the hundredth time, people just point out the cynicism and hypocrisy of claiming Patriotism and then not representing the USA at the MXON.

Yes, they will.  Tom smoked them last year...  But I realize they have gotten better and he maybe is flat to last year.

Vialle was at home last year, that’s always worth a few extra places.

If Coop waves the flag on the podium I'm pretty sure it means something different than another  unnamed rider.

Wait...that is my sorry ass being passive/aggressive.   How can I say what I think without being a "hater"?

I'll try.   Our 250 national champ has decided to decline the honor of representing his country to schedule an elective surgery to repair an injury that previously never existed.  His team refused to pay for the expenses but will pay for a teammate.  Why should he risk life and limb to race for free at a race that is meaningless and pays nothing?

Those are completely valid points if you are a fast mother fucker that gives no fucks except for your bank account.

Makes me appreciate Chase/AP/Webb all the more.  Thanks fellas.

Coop’s Insta is cool. Said he came in from riding and went and rode Deeg’s bike the day he found out. I hope Coop kills it there! He won’t lack for attitude and intensity!

Coop always struck me as the guy that could just mail it in sometimes.  He needs motivation.   For whatever reason, I believe the MXdN pushes the right buttons for him.  I fully expect that heads down, bulldog effort from him.  Gonna be great to see.

JS7 on a 125 would've been great to see at the MXdN. I think Pastrana was actually the last Team USA rider to race a 125 at the MXdN. I think it was  2000 in France.

Then as you said Ivan on a 250F in 2005

Ahh ok my memory is a bit foggy.  Thanks. 2003  was when RC rode the 2stroke against Stefan on a 4stroke.  I think RC beat him too.

Apart from all the drama (that deegan brought on himself) this just cements coop as such a dog. You just know that the fact that he has never lived up to his 250 mx results eats him alive and if it takes him dropping back down to the 250 to go woop some motocross ass then damnit hes gonna do it. Ppl forget but coop beat jeffrey herlings straight up on an outdoor mxgp track in north carolina on a 250. Ppl also forget that forkner lead most of that race as a rookie with a 3 digit number. Both are badass parts of the story. That race showed that coop had all the potential in the world in outdoors. Not sure why it didnt pan out the way we all would have wanted, but getting to see the bulldog back on a star 250 is going to be friggin awesome.

How could you not want to see Tomac one last time at MXoN? I know I'm bummed because he's so close to hanging it up. Hopefully AP puts in a redemption ride, MXoN hasn't been easy for him.

Of course we want to see Eli out there but not at the expense of the guy that put in the work.  I've said it before...it couldn't have been an easy choice and I'm glad I didnt have to make it.
