I wonder why Hunter can't back up his first moto performances.

Don't tell me he only had to do what he needed to, this has been an issue most of the year.

I just want him to get a strong 1/1 to silence the doubters.

But it was clear that he ran out of steam for the outdoors but today he looked stronger.

There’s was lots of whinging about the track and dirt today, but imo that’s what delivered the great racing, particularly in the first 450 race. 
Without the slippery surface, would we have seen so many mistakes? A surface that rewards skill and technique, but makes being consistent so difficult. 
Would Jett have given up the race lead instead of gapping everyone as usual? Would Hunter’s throttle control allow him to beat the best? 
Reminded me of two stroke days when it seemed no one, even the best ever, could get through a race without mistakes. 
I’m all for mixing it up, but sounds like lots of you prefer homogeneous designs and dirt?

I actually don’t think that was beast mode. I think it was just Eli Tomac being comfortable. Too many people, especially the media, think that every podium Tomac ride is beast mode. Beast mode is rarified air. Moto 1 was a great ride, but if/when ET3 goes beast mode it will be a sight to behold. 

They try and say others get tiredxl and he keeps the pace as thr beast mode.

The track did blow.  No way guys we’re actually using scoops.  That heat yesterday was no joke, seeing Eli after the first moto looking like he was going to stroke out was not cool.  Mumfy’s deal was very sad seeing him get driven out screaming out in pain.  I think people forget how tough these guys are, AP, JA, etc riding through some crazy pain.  Awesome to see Colt moving back up to the front of the field again, people have slept on him.  Would have been an awesome show if they could have done it under the lights.
