Cool place with potential, but i think it is overvalued.
I have looked at buying many tracks over the years. Most (not all) but most claim they do not make any money but when I offer to buy the track at say 1.5 to 2.0 times the land value they always come back with a crazy high price. Being that tracks often say they don't make money there is not many that seem to sell. Normally the few that would sell are not in populated areas and you would have to be very isolated.
Are you still interested? I have one upstate NY.

Anyone know whatever happened to the track that Ms Barb owned in South Carolina. She passed away a couple of years ago and the track has never opened afterwards. The name of the track was TNT. It was in Chester, SC. It was such a great facility and she was such a nice person.
We bought it 6 years ago and have put nearly 2 million into it between equipment, including new KX080excavator,D5 dozer, 150hp Kubota tractor , new house, parking lot, 120 gal/min well with 4” water line around the 1.5 miles of track, golf carts, side x side office with trackside touch screen computers, screening attachment for excavator…..and on and on

It would take someone like her to make it work....she just never would quit.
But even she was deep in debt, i believe she had tax liens, and her equipment was all pretty worn out.
On top of that once she fell ill every piece of shit in Chester county started walking off with every thing they could. They would swoop in every time she was in the hospital.
A true shame.
Racetown in Adelanto CA looks like it’s still for sale, I drove by there a couple days ago. It was a great location, the dirt there is good. My avatar was taken at an SRA GP there, in about 1992

Rumor had it that TNT was stuck in Probate Court and was going to take a long time to resolve. That place was awesome and the woman who owned it was one of the kindest, most generous and welcoming people I have ever met. We rode there once, I still have the koozie she gave me and still remember both she and the facility well. My buddies and me would've gone back every year if she hadn't passed and closed.
If anyone is interested in doing an indoor facility, I have a friend with a 160' x 400' building (sister building, white fabric, pictured below,) for sale. Originally it was used on a construction site. It's stored in Logan, Ohio, disassembled and ready for transport. I do know that it needs ends. One issue with indoor facilities is making the numbers work as these buildings are priced above $1,000,000 new. This is priced at $249,000. Message me through DM or mark.shafer@ameritech.net
Man I grew up riding that place from like 7 years old to 12 on an 85. Use to turn so many laps on that little mini track, tracks at the bottom and the woods I wasn't quite good enough on an 85 to ride the big track.

Riverside Raceway is for sale right by Winterset, Iowa (about 30 minutes southwest of Des Moines). Was such an awesome place to ride for years and it was a shame to see it close
