9/4/2024 5:32pm We bought it 6 years ago and have put nearly 2 million into it between equipment, including new KX080excavator,D5 dozer, 150hp Kubota tractor , new house, parking lot, 120 gal/min well with 4” water line around the 1.5 miles of track, golf carts, side x side office with trackside touch screen computers, screening attachment for excavator…..and on and on
