When's the last time Honda had the best-in-class bike, anyway?

Just because they build one doesn't necessarily mean it will be better than the Stark.

1993 to 1996!

This is awesome. So many kids riding surrons around our area as well. Really reminds me of the heyday of the 70s and 80s mini bike days where every kid had one and rode them around town till cops started cracking down due to noise complaints

What’s going on with Varg sales here in California? I went to my local multiple brand dealer the other day and they had six of them lined up each with a $2000 discount. Perhaps I read something about there being some issues selling them in California or is it just the economy slow down that’s just made it poor timing in the US? The deep discount definitely has me thinking about snagging one as long as there’s no California issues other than the usual red/green sticker nonsense.

If it truly is 2 grand cheaper OTD then that is newsworthy.

Got it!

As it was Temecula Motorsports I think you’re probably right. Oh well, maybe I’ll snag the one with zero hours on marketplace for 11 grand!😀

Before you buy a second hand Stark, it might be worth contacting Stark to find out if they need to do anything to transfer ownership so you can access the phone.

I'm looking to race mine but can't here in NJ since it's all AMA so electric bikes are basically the Jersey Devil. Might head up your way to New England so I can do some NESC as they apparently allow EMotos in Open classes (as all racing orgs should).

Similar to JDay

I raced a TOR round earlier this year on a Stark. Nailed the start! Even finished 3rd in the second moto which was a huge surprise. It was fun but I'm not a woods guy and while the organizers say it's a 40% to 50% woods/MX mix, I would say it was more like 90-95% woods. Not my jam.

The stigma around emotos for MX is frustrating. I've heard all the arguments but in the end they're dirt bikes and I just want to race mine.

Great job! I know that was a long term project. Congrats on getting it up and running. How's it holding up?

Are you referring to Electric Valley in OH? What's the other place in the photos called?
