James has been fantastic today. He has me laughing.
I really like him now when he pulled back on the nicknames and trying to be funny. The more professional Stew is doing a awsome work.
“Call an ambulance, ‘cause that corner’s dead”…😂😂😂
That was hilarious.

He's starting to comment on riders really nailing a corner or doing something special -- like David Bailey used to do. It's greatly appreciated Stew. Keep it up.
I agree 100%. That's why we loved David, he pointed out the subtleties, the stuff us core fans geek out over.
I cant get enough of James pointing out line choice, bike setup or bad/good decisions a rider makes.
Loves James.
I think he is a better commentator than a rider.
Always some keyboard warrior trying to start crap. Fell better about yourself? Ride on!
Agree, at first I thought he was a little over the top and trying too hard, which is completely understandable.
But now that he’s settled in and being more natural, I’m enjoying his call more than anyone else in the last few years, maybe since Bailey, and that’s saying something!
Never saw him ride? It was something special you had to see in person to understand.
Maybe he is saying that Stewart is just THAT good.
I think he is outstanding and should replace RC full time if he interested in it. Weege and Stewart are an AWESOME pair.
Same I'd say he was feeling the pressure a bit to be the funny guy but now that he's settled in and not trying to be funny all the time when he is, it's really funny haha
My favourite today was "He can thank Mr Disneyland for that line" haha
I think it’s just high praise but a bit of an exaggeration since it’s actually impossible to be better at doing something than Stew was at riding.
his comments about buzzard lookin for meat had my laughin. i have no issue with james. i think he does a nice job along side weege.
For me he felt a bit insecure like the class clown the first seasons but this year he has really come around and won me over.
And i love that he tone down Weege when he tries to hard to create drama for the broadcast, AND he keeps track of the split/lap times.
Think I'm gonna have to steal that line locally...lol
Yes, Stew is getting better and better. He's really calm as well - like Bailey was.
Pit Row

That is exactly what I am saying, no dig at his riding at all, I do think he is just that good on TV.
Stewart is like the goofy dad. Messes up common phrases, and punchlines all the time, but always has a good attitude. I know he doesn't realize he's flubbin all these sayings, so that makes it easy to be blissfully unaware and light hearted. I like it though, sounds a bit unprofessional sometimes, but still way better than RC.
Also, JT on the start straight yesterday had me rollin. I've embraced the comedy of errors that is MX/SX broadcasting. We get it live now, and you can't beat that
I just made a comment about he always messes up punchlines/common sayings, and that's a great example.
It should be:
"Call the coroner, because that corners dead"
His tone is top shelf. He makes you see what a fan does not. Good Job!
I laugh pretty hard when JS7 was dogging on Riders being broke from going to Disney World over the break.... Then Weege plugged a Disney movie 5 minutes later.... James was extra quiet for a second. Haha.
I personally love James and his Florida Man accent. Best thing to happen to the booth in years. Not to mention the AMAZING insights he gives about racecraft.
You trolling’…..😂😂
Stew, Weege and JT all hit it out of the park Saturday. Stew and JT calling out specifics mad me continue to think - so much I'd get lost and had to rewind the race a couple minutes to recollect myself. Excellent Job guys.
