Pro Circuit has to be the dumbest team not to have room on their 2025 SX/MX/SMX team, They should of had this young man locked up for the next three years, Now their going to lose another rider from the amateurs that won them a number of races to Team Triumph in 2025 and beyond. Just like Ryder Difrancesco, Thank you very much now F-off.
You started a thread asking a question and then said they're losing him to Triumph. Is it confirmed he's going to Triumph?
Considering he lives at "The Pound"...
I ran into Ryder D’s Dad at the Seattle airport the night before the Supercross this year waiting for a shuttle ride. I asked him why Ryder left Pro Circuit and went to TLD GasGas and he told me that Mitch had to let him go as Kawasaki corporate decided that they now want all of their 250 riders to be 21 yrs or older. Ryder was only 18 at the time and had been Team Green for almost his whole amateur carrier, so he was let go. Mitch had to follow Kawasakis rules or lose their support along with Monster. That’s why.
keeping mcadoo and hammaker is a head scratcher at this point..
The Shop
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
If that is true, it sounds very arbitrary and short sighted.
They could skip over the next Jett or RC with that 21 and over policy...
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t McAdoo win this year?
If that's the case, what's the point of continuing to spend a ton of money supporting amateurs if they're not going to bring them up to the pro ranks?
One has to ask if this is a Kawasaki thing or a Monster thing…?
Seems odd, maybe @ML512 ask if this is a real thing?
He won a main, looked great and even held the red plate until Nashville... But he is also the reason PC got zero titles this year.
Lol 🤣
Kawi: Support the riders until they’re around 17 or so, let them go off and win some 250 championships for another team, then hope they weren’t good enough to move up to 450s and weren’t given a better offer to stay at the team they’re on.
Perfect strategy. lol
Maybe he gets a Stewart type deal?
Calm down
PC is going to make every reasonable effort to keep drew. Anyone who thinks otherwise is taking crazy pills. As of now drew will fill in for sx if someone gets hurt and if not will race sx futures. Turning full time pro next season with PC at outdoors at the latest.
which rider has left PC or team green and went and won titles?
Monster doesn't seem to have a problem with Star signing youngsters.
Too bad because Team Green is stacked with talent right now and Mitch probably won't get to sign any of them.
A lot of the log jam in 250s can be attributed to Geico folding up shop. Honda went from 4-5 bikes in 250s to 2. Plus Ams.
Sport was better with that team in it.
Pit Row
agreed, and adding that we have alot of 30 plus guys in factory 450 rides, there is a log jam,
It is unbelieveble to me that Hammaker is a factory rider
He is? I don’t seem to remember him doing anything that caused Forkner to crash out?
Forkner? Did you forget about Kitchen? 😆
No, you said he is THE reason. If Kitchen got a better start that wouldn’t have happened, that’s not a one person collision.
All he needs to do is try and get on another team, or stay where he’s at and keep training and try to get better. That seems very odd that Kawi won’t take anyone under 21.
Can’t think of any, now that you mention it, but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t happen. Just seems odd to invest so much into kids knowing you’re going to lose some of their most important years from 17 to 21, if that truly is what’s going on with PC.
Does Kawasaki have a new sponsor coming online who sells 21+ products? Team ProCircuit Coors Light Marlboro JackDaniels Kawasaki?
Not to mention kitchen is the one who moved over on mcadoo.
I'm out of sympathy for Pro Circuit's bad luck with injuries at this point. How many years are you going to keep guys like Forkner, McAdoo, and Hammaker around when they CANNOT seem to stay healthy? They say madness is trying the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. PC needs to try a different approach because this one has been disastrous for quite some time now.
And Forkner, Hammaker was alright, got into first turn drama with deegan, but he didn't win a race or races like austin or mcadoo.
McAdoo and Forkner are winning races when they come back from injuries, has Hammaker won a race before?
Post a reply to: Is Kawasaki screwing over Drew Adams just like they did to Ryder D?
