5th gear WFO should get the job done... Ohhhhh ,,,you want to downside the backside?? Yeah then I have no idea...That's just a weird question. Is it a big face or a small face? Is it lipped out or gradual? I mean there's just so many factors that like the guy said before if you don't know you really shouldn't hit it.

I agree. Come to think about it, I once knew of a land called Eatonville that was below a mountain called Mt. Rainer. There was a place called Longmire and Ashford along the way.

Because its a table top work your way up to it, also depends on the upramp too. Like on my 250f I can hit 100ft jumps in 4th...

But other than that I dunno.

70 feet? TABLETOP

uhh, hit it fast.

Seat bounce the sucker 5th gear pinned.

Seriously thought, if you're don't know, don't jump it. If you think asking random strangers on a forum who have never seen, much less ridden this jump, maybe you shouldn't be thinking of jumping anything over 30 ft.

Besides, who the heck keeps track of what gear they're in anyway?

70ft of table? That's gotta be heavy. Poor bike.
I dont think a cr125 can make it over 50ft.
The most important thing for a motorcicle is the top speed.
Can it do 100?
With the right sprocket, you can prolly jump the river, just get it on vid and post it for us.

I was thinking the same thing about the gear.. I was thinking he should hit it in the o'l Sinisalo gear.. Wardy was great at taking the old kx125 over the 70ft'ers in that stuff. He even did that 1 footer thingy at the same time. Yeah for sure Sinisalo.

Make sure you're sitting down on the face, it's the key to tabletops...

I have a feeling when he says CR125 he means this..

If that's the case 5th gear rapped out and make sure you preload a bunch on the face...Those Curnutt shocks will rebound you at least 70ft--maybe 80-90

It's a tabletop. Baby steps are your friend. Gradually work your way up, or don't even bother guessing the speed.

Looking like a pussy infront of your friends is way better than spending 6-weeks to 6 months off a bike.

Hit it at 2nd gear wide open and quickly change to neutral on the face of the jump with preload, you should be able to clear it and possibly pull a front flip at the same time for extra style!

is this 70 actual feet or 70 "the story im going to tell" feet? I've seen new jumps built at 100', and before the day is even over people were saying they did a 120' double. It's now about 75' and people still claim its over 100'

checking the avatar, I think you are set. You got your helmet, t-shirt, baggy shorts and house shoes. I usually just go with flip flops.
